Damm waste of time and money still waiting for product or a refund

Like many others, ordered from this company and never received anything. Emails now being ignored.
I'm going to assume my money is lost but l will look for Instagram ads for the company to warn others

If you pay these people, just consider your money lost! You'll never get anything, and if you against all odds actually receive something, it will not be what you paid for.

I made an online order on the 8th Jan 2025. After 3/4 weeks I contacted them to enquire and was offered an apology and a follow up. I've emailed again 2 weeks ago saying they must be scammers and then I've received an email saying it's been dispatched from China. 2 weeks later it's apparently waiting to be picked up from carrier... what a waste of time and money. How they can still be operational and committing theft I'll never understand. Do not ever order from Dermalabs.

Wish there was a minus star option. Absolute scam. No product, no refund received. So not waste your money.

This company takes your money but they do not send anything. I have tried to get in contact with them several times but they don’t answer 👎👎👎👎👎

Want to give a zero! No reply no product no refund avoid avoid avoid.! This company keeps changing its product names and then ignore you when you ask for a refund as the product doesn’t arrive

This review is about DERMALABS - but could apply to many! Please read below - it may help you.
They advertise on their website 'official' products. Yet when you buy from them, you will be sent, sub standard 'fake' products, that they then will try to claim have been 'rebranded'. Total lies and a total SCAM. I ordered 'Peter Thomas Roth Instant FirmX' x 2 which carries a registered trademark. This is what they advertised on their website. However, I got sent 'OUHOE' Instant Firm Eye from China. A £ 5.99 dud replacement (available on tiktok, with the ingredients that did not match at all). They told me Peter Thomas Roth Instant FirmX had 'rebranded'?! - which is why the packaging was different. When asked about the ingredients they stopped responding? Luckily, I purchased via my credit card, so was covered under Section 75, and I have been refunded with the monies. (For any of you out there reading this - if you have paid via your credit or master card - you can claim via your Credit Card Company to refund any monies paid to DermaLabs for 'fraudulent' goods received. Please contact your Credit Card company it is really simple to do. This will also help to put them out of business.
I didn't have to do much - but I kept a screenshot of the original order from their webpage (which confirmed what I thought I was actually ordering), I took pictures of what I received including the packaging with postal details, I had already sent this all to Dermalabs to complain. As I said earlier, they dialogued with me until I asked for the explanation in differential ingredients? At this point, I guess they knew they had been 'caught' out? Rebranding - total lies.

If paid by Credit Card you have to await 30 days from the delivery date before you can submit a 'dispute' - but please do, especially if you have this information. But even if you don't, I am sure you can get this or your Credit Card will advise you how to.

I really hope that just 'one' person benefits from this review, I gave DermaLabs the opportunity to refund me and put things right, they didn't.

Ordered product 2 months ago, nothing came, website has gone down since and email rejected

Ordered on 19/1/2025 and my product turned up 23/2/2025.
The product that turned up was not what I ordered it had a completely different name. I ordered peterthomasroth instant firm and what turned up was called ouhoe.

Total waste of my money and time,ordered a month ago,after the 2 week delivery date passed I emailed them,initially they seemed to be interested,now emails are being ignored and blocked on the tracking app,absolutely disgusting,why carnt something be done about this company? Taking people's hard earned money,never ever order from them!!!!!!

Totally concur with reviews below. It is a scam. The product sent is different to advertised, takes weeks to arrive and does not do as described. TOTAL SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Where they have responded it is to sow a seed of doubt. Do not fall for it- like I did.

False advertising, you will not receive what you have ordered. I had ordered Peter Thomas Roth Eye Firming Serum 2 x 100 ml and received Ouhoe 2 x 30 ml, which I didn't order. When you as them for a return label they will tell you that it is just as good and that they are trying to make a name for their product. It was supposed to be a birthday present, worst online shopping ever.

I was scammed by Dermalabs. I bought Peter Thomas Roth instant eye cream. A cheap product came a month later. Will NEVER purchase with Dermalabs ever again and strongly suggest that no one else. The product they sent is worth €7 on Amazon. I paid €30 for what I thought was a Peter Thomas Roth product.

SCAM totally annoyed the way they treated me. I made an order with these people didn't receive my order and asked for a refund then got BLOCKED. They take your money and will not refund you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They should be allowed to do this to people TOTAL SCUM

Scammers 🚫 Waited over 3 weeks for my delivery. Tracking website wouldn't show anything about the transit of the order. Reached out to them and was told 'how sorry they are, and thanks for my patience' and that they would 'check with logistics' and get back to me asap. Another week has gone by and no answer. Tried the tracking link again. Blocked. Tried to get on the website to use their tracker. Blocked. No reply at all to my follow up email. Took my money and then blocked me from any further communication. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
