SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Took my money, never received my order. Sent several emails with no reply. Customer service is nonexistent. Won’t give me my money back. By the other reviews this is the norm for them. Why is this company not shut down already!!!

I made an order in January, after many email telling them I have still not received my order and them telling me to follow the tracking link, which dose not work, they are now ignoring my emails. I have asked for a refund- Nothing disgusting.

SCAM company. I ordered some of their tightening face cream back beginning of Feb to just not receive it and no response to my email. Tracking page is not live or genuine .
Got refund through bank as this is a million percent a scam. Will never order online again after this unless its a Company I hundred 💯 know.

Yes I too have been duped. No delivery of the goods, no contact and the tracking link didn’t work. Absolutely do not ever deal with Derma Labs.

I ordered in JAN 2025 and still did not receive it in March.

Do not order, this is a scam. I ordered in February, various emails sent chasing, only to be ignored. The link they sent for tracking doesn't work. I'm so angry with myself for being duped.

Ordered my product in December. They marked it as being delivered but nothing was ever received. I contacted them repeatedly following up my order and kept getting automated responses with a link to the supposed ‘tracking number’ but the number was never valid. Have now seen the similar reviews on this site and realised I have been scammed. I have contacted my bank to try to recover the funds.

Same as others. Scammed, ordered end of January, nothing received. Emailed to ask for refund, no response, now can't view page either.

Ordered beginning of February no products received, no refund, responded to my first 2 emails and was told to be patient, the link they sent didn’t work to track my order, now I’m being ignored

I wish I could have seen this sooner. Same issue. I ordered almost 2 months ago, and I never received my product or an answer, and the links they sent on the original email do not work! It's fraud!

No product received, no answer from the company. It is fraud, don’t even try it, don’t waste your time and Money.

Exactly the same as the other reviews. No product received, answered a couple of emails saying it was on its way and that they will look into it and get back to me,then absolutely nothing. Tracking isn't available either. SCAM. Will also contact my bank as it's fraud.

Scammers. Do NOT use this company. ordered a month ago and no product received. Emails ignored.
Will be pursuing a refund via my bank’s fraud department.
