I ordered what i thought were expensive deerskin / kashmir gloves made in the UK... The product has arrived and to my horror these gloves that cost € 180 are produced in China :-(
I did research on Dents website before I ordered and nowhere any mention of production in China. European and UK customers want these luxury products made in UK / EU! And not be misguided this way, this is bad for business. I will return these gloves out of principle.

I am very disappointed with my recent order from Dentes. I purchased a glove on December 1st , and the glove was shipped to me. However, I never received any collection code or notification from Impulse, so I couldn’t pick it up.

The glove was returned to Dentes, but as of today, it has still not arrived back at the store. Because of this delay, I will not have the glove in time for Christmas, which is very frustrating.

I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and tracking updates from Impulse has been extremely disappointing. I hope Dentes improves their process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I purchased a pair of Silverstone driving gloves a couple of months ago and unfortunately only a few weeks and not a lot of wear, the stitching came apart.
I returned the gloves to Dents who later contacted me saying they had tried to repair the glove but the mend did not meet their standards. They provided me with a new pair.
I can only applauded Dents wonderful customer
services.
I have purchased a few pairs of gloves from Dents and found the fit perfect every time.

Having been an habitual wearer of gloves since my teens, I have long held certain companies in high regard for their craftsmanship and reliability. Regrettably, I must say that this particular firm has, in recent years, declined markedly—both in the quality of its products and in the standard of its customer service.
I purchased a pair of cotton day gloves only recently, and to my astonishment the wrist split upon the very first attempt to put them on. When I reported this fault, I was met not with courtesy or concern, but with a most discourteous reply suggesting that gloves are “prone to splitting” in certain areas! Having worn gloves almost daily for decades, I hardly require instruction on such basic a matter.
It is very disappointing to see a company once known for its excellence resort to deflecting blame onto its customers rather than acknowledging shortcomings in its workmanship.

bought a wallet from Dense (sold through TikiMax) and I seriously regret it. Despite their claim of being established since 1777, you'd think they'd know how to make a decent product by now. But nope after just one month of normal use the wallet is completely ripped and falling apart.

The stitching came undone, the material looks cheap and worn out, and it feels like it was thrown together with zero care. This is not just bad quality it’s absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible quality.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this brand at all costs. Waste of money, waste of time.

Measured my hands in accordance with their size guide. When the gloves arrived I couldn't even get my hands partly in. Then they had the gall to charge me for returning them despite pointing out that the return was their responsibility due to their inaccurate size guide.

Made in the Philippines. What a disgrace. All the polished story telling : « established in 1777 », « by appointment to her majesty », etc, all to be tricked into buying something made in Asia that I would have bought on Etsy if I knew earlier. Turns out only the « Heritage » labelled items are made in the England.
I hate them for this, both the company and the gloves. I wish I could return them and get a full refund but it’s too complicated/expensive as I live in France.
Also the gloves where delivered in an envelope, inside a transparent zipper bag. The kind of packaging I certainly did not expect but made absolute sense after the try on the glove and notice the « Made in the Philippines » tag. They do not bother. First and last time I buy anything from this brand. Awful experience.

Terrible quality. Bought this belt for my partner 3 months ago, and it’s fallen apart.

Falsely advertising their gloves are made in Britain, when they are made in China should be a crime.

Apparently, only gloves made in Britain will have a "made in Britain" slogan on the product page, but the ones made in China don't say "Made in China" , they just don't say anything.

Their FAQ page states their gloves are made in Britain.

I recently purchased a pair of leather gloves from Dents assuming they would be British made. Inside the gloves the label said made in China. I wrote to Dents explaining the reason for my disappointment and stating that I found their marketing to be misleading. The gloves were expensive despite being manufactured in China. I would never purchase leather goods from China given their reputation for cruelty to animals, in particular dogs. Dents response refused to acknowledge that the information provided on their website does not state that all items not in the Heritage range are manufactured outside of the UK in places like China. This does not provide full information to its prospective customers.

Good gloves. But their website forces you to use a difference currency if you ship outside the UK, and in doing so secretly adds 10% extra cost to all products (plus the extra shipping costs). Unacceptable. You cannot choose to use the original GBP (the normal currency of the store) -- they just force the different currency (like EUR) and add hidden 10% price increase hoping buyers won't notice. 10%! No thanks.

Ordered a new pair of gloves from Dents and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, despite me following their sizing guide during their order the gloves turned out to be way too large for my hand. I tried to make it work and wore them for like 10 to 15 minutes to see if I could get used to them but to no avail, decided to return them and order the smaller size.

To my incredible shock I was told I could not return them because the gloves were visibly worn. So according to customer support themselves they are selling a product that get wrecked with 10 minutes usage.

Would recommend that you stay away from them unless you can visit a physical location and try what you wish to purchase - even then, think if these business practices is what you want to support.

EDIT (December 6th): I have raised my review to 3 stars as the issue has been resolved by Dents. The gloves themselves are great but sadly I cannot give a rating that reflects that fully since if you have any issue you cannot rely on normal customer service.

I have small hands and always struggle to find women’s gloves that fit. I contacted Dents for help with finding a pair of leather gloves, as the ones I bought were too long. Within an hour, they responded with recommendations. The return process was very easy too. I do wish Dents offered an exchange option, but aside from that, their leather gloves are of excellent quality.

I recently purchased a pair of Women's Touchscreen Mid-Arm Thermal Gloves and I'm incredibly impressed. Not only do they keep my hands toasty warm in chilly weather, but the touchscreen functionality is seamless. I love being able to use my phone without having to take my gloves off. The quality is excellent, and I'm so happy with my purchase that I'd definitely consider buying them in different colors.

Diabolical service - which online company in this day & age only operate 9-5 Monday / Friday? I specifically requested next day delivery for an additional fee, only to discover DHL do not deliver weekends. Why not use Royal Mail or any other courier who delivers 7 days week? When I emailed Dents to ask why I had to wait until Monday I received an Auto email saying their office hours were 9-5pm, despite the fact it was 4pm. I subsequently spoke to someone on the phone who was not sympathetic and suggested I send them back for a full refund if I was not happy. The fact that the item is missing for a special occasion is upsetting & mind boggling. I recommend using Amazon or any other online retailer who delivers next day & offers you a choice of couriers. At their prices they should send all items next day as standard.

Quality of products is outstanding and if anything isn't the customer service is swift and efficient in solving the issue, including reimbursement if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff answered my questions which resulted in my placing an order. Received quickly and am very happy with appearance and quality of Men's Handsewn Three-Point Cashmere-Lined Deerskin Leather Gloves with Cashmere Cuffs. Lovely experience dealing with traditional British company.

Ordered a couple of pair of gloves before Christmas and one of the gift boxes didn't arrive.

Wasn't thrilled and just sending out another box wasn't suitable for my situation.

It did take some doing and I had to very clearly express my dissatisfaction and raise a complaint but have to credit Dents as they did go above and beyond to resolve this.

I returned my original purchases and all costs were refunded. I was also offered a discount code, which I used to treat myself to a pair of fur lined leather gloves.

The gloves were outstanding (and came with the gift box this time!) and I was very happy to leave a 5 star review after the effort made to resolve my complaint.

I ordered a pair of Dents' fine quality gloves on a Friday afternoon, and was advised when they were going to arrive (next-day delivery). Unfortunately, the DPD delivery driver could not deliver them on time as he 'didn't have enough information', although my full, correct address was indeed on the packaging. As Dents are not open on weekends, I was not able to complain. However, the gloves arrived early on the Monday morning (very nicely packaged). Nobody else makes gloves of this quality. I cannot recommend this firm enough.
