I had a call regarding Loan options and process. The analyst, A'lexus was very helpful and has went an extra-mile to provide me the details, handle the process with loan officer and provided all the information in a structured manner.

Our granddaughter had paperwork that required our signature and had to be notarized. Bill Fyfe, the branch manager assisted us today. What a nice person. He was very efficient and personable. He also answered so questions we had concerning another matter. What a great branch we have in Merrimack!

I was helped by TWO very very competent reps on this day (8/4/2026) The subject (generally fraud) was difficult and a bit convoluted for me especially when dealing with such things only when necessary.
