Merris was professional, courteous and extremely helpful assisting me with locating the status on a credit union to union transfer, as well as, educating me on how to set up and use the current cash app feature with DCU. I asked a Specialist in the past why DCU didn't offer Zelle because the other credit union I use did. They were not helpful. I learned a couple of things and enjoyed the conversation with Merris today!!

I had a wonderful experience with DCU today while working on my auto loan. The representative who assisted me was extremely kind, professional, and patient. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and clearly went over all of my options, which made everything so much easier to understand.

I noticed that my personal loan was over do when I paid for it a few days ago and called and Sheila a representative answered and she explained that it was because I did a one time payment which is interest free and not an actual payment! I leaned something new today and Shelia was so kind and helped me with my problem and explained why it happened! Then I asked to be transferred to the loan department to finalize a loan I’m getting and she did it with ease! Thank you so much Shelia! She deserves a raise!

Then I got transferred to loan officer Russel! And in no time I was off the phone and feeling confident I can fix my car!
