Navin was absolutely amazing

Navin was absolutely amazing! He made sure I was depositing my desired amount after we both had a miscommunication moment, he also took the time to make sure he was pronouncing my name correctly which was really nice!

Quick and easy help

I was connected quickly with an agent that was very knowledgeable and helpful. My question was resolved perfectly. I love my bank and their live chat option is great!

Ellen was fantastic, she helped me with depositing a check for my baby without needing to spend 2+ hours in the car to come to a branch location.

Eddie went above and beyond for me

Eddie went above and beyond for me. The problem I was calling about was caused by me, but he took the time to walk me through, give me an easy solution, and also help me understand why I didn't see a response from DCU (it had been sent). He was absolutely great!

Julie was so helpful I

Julie was so helpful I. Identifying my problem and the. Finding a long term solution. She also noticed I was under utilizing savings plans and we switched two savings plans to advantage plans. Which was so thoughtful and provides more long term support for me.
