Had to request my statements from 20 years ago and I was helped patiently and got answers. Best thing is I was able to speak to a real person on Saturday afternoon 4pm and was able to get what I wanted. Thank you DCU for your service.

Good experience

This was my first time stopping by the DCU Andover branch, and I had a great experience. Alex and Valarie were both very friendly and professional, and they were able to address all of my questions and requests. Valarie especially demonstrated great leadership and professionalism by handling the issues while also guiding Alex, who is new to the branch. I truly appreciate their help and excellent customer service.

DCU customer care member called Porsche was great with helping my request.

It feels so easy to reach out to membership representatives. All the membership representatives I have talked in DCU , are very nice and polite. They listen , they understand and they respond very positively to my problems immediately.
