Arriva il corriere TNT, do il pacco con l'etichetta, oggi torna lo stesso corriere con il pacco dicendo che era in consegna. Ma sapete lavorare? Ho acquistato da Dc shoes italia, il sito ufficiale. VERGOGNOSI. Mai più acquisterò da loro e mai più DC.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! They will take your £110 and not send you your full order! I got 1 pair and the other 2 not arrived! It's been 18 days since I ordered and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Well actually it's non existent. Just automated response. Going to end up as a court case now to get my money back. Never order from these people it's shocking. I'm gutted as I've loved Dc shoes for 20 years but never buying them again now.

Hello, I've been a proud and loved owner of DC shoes for about 20 years! So I decided last Thursday 30th I ordered a pair of shoes because I struggle with shoe sizes as I'm bigger then average I paid for it £65 and they said will send you notification when everything will be arriving and they assured me that the shoes wouldn't arrive till February 1st and guess what it didn't and they used a crap courier service which now tried to deliver when I was at work now I'm now being charged because nobody notified me when I would receive my shoes! Sort it out I really hate buying stuff online especially when you find every excuse to screw them over with money and footwear!!!

Ordered a shoe on dcshoes.co.uk. Two days later got a email, shoe shipped. Since then (7 days ago) shipping status never changed. I asked by the time now 3 times where my order is and why nothing happend?! First a generic answer then no answer at all. My 70gbp are gone i guess. Absolutley disgraceful!

Ordered an in stock shoe, order cancelled then website changed to out of stock. Few days later back in stock so ordered again to have order cancelled although stock changed to only a few left for 3 days then out of stock. Generic replies to email and never reply to follow ups. Even tried calling but got auto message saying they were closed and telling me when line was open ... Surprise surprise they were supposed to be open even though the closed message was playing.... Guess they have zero customer service staff and obviously zero desire to deal with any customers. I've had DC's since late 90's but never again. DVS, globe and Osiris in future.

The shoes we just had delivered came on time and for the most part great except it looks as though someone with extremely dirty hands handled the shoes for shipping out. Dirt markes on the (white) shoes fresh out of the box. This has never been an issue before.

I ordered a pair of Court Graffik in size 5.5 for my kid. She has multiple size 5.5 that fit perfectly, all purchased in person from places like Journey's or Zoomiez. These were so much bigger (while stating 5.5) that even when tied down, her foot would slip right out. So, contacted Customer Service, only to be told that they would keep a portion of the refund if I send them back. Went back and forth with them to finally get a FULL refund, all the while "assuring" me that the sizes haven't changed. As if I don't know how to read the sizing on the shoes I already have in hand. Send the shoes back, get a partial refund. They kept the shipping, for their mistake. Worst Customer Service ever. I really should have read these reviews first. Absolute $h!t Show of a company. Have been a customer (in person) for over a decade, but now will NEVER purchase another shoe from them. I know that me alone, or even just the few people in my family, not purchasing, is not going to bankrupt a company, or get them to change. But, hopefully, with enough people reading this and not purchasing, the company will actually get in line with literally EVERY OTHER ONLINE RETAILER, and give the customer a proper experience.

My parcel was returned to sender with no explanation on why. So now I have no Christmas gift and I have to wait over 10 days for a refund. Shocking service! Do not order from DC.

If I could I would score them a zero! The worst service and lack of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered my son some high tops for Christmas, first order was not delivered, they told me they were, I told them they were not, then they told me they had been returned and were unable to give me an explanation and just said if you still want them order them again. So went to order them again, and guess what?! The same think has just happened again and now no chance of getting them in time for Christmas for my son, and as yet no reply from customer service at all!!!
Another returned to sender experience.
Ordered on 14/12. Finally got an email to say it is despatched late on 17/12. Checked DPD tracking on 20/12 and it says it was collected on 19/12 and immediately returned to sender. Seems I am not the only one. Avoid these jokers unless you are happy to cashflow them but get no product.
Poor experience end-to-end
My order took a week to even ship, then it vanished into thin air, before resurfacing on DPD tracking as returned to sender the same day it was received by them. It then took multiple attempts to get a proper response from their ‘customer service’ (barely qualifying as such, due to using loads of poor automation to try to get you to go away). No real explanation given, they just cancelled my order and refunded me. They don’t seem at all bothered whether anyone shops with them, so I’d take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking service. First order - returned to sender - reordered - same with the second one DPD is their courier. Can’t request a different courier. Customer service is shocking - they don’t really care and are very dismissive. This is honestly the worst service I’ve seen in a long time.

Disappointing Experience After 21 Years of Loyalty
I’ve been a loyal customer of DC Shoes for over 21 years, primarily wearing their Court Graffik model. I’ve always relied on them for comfort, durability, and style, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. After purchasing a new pair of Court Graffiks this year, I noticed the soles split after wearing them lightly for 7 months, the soles barely have any wear in them.
I reached out to customer service, expecting assistance and perhaps a resolution fitting the long history I have with the brand. While the representative offered a 20% discount on a future purchase, I felt this response fell short. I’ve regularly received offers for 30% off without any issues, so offering me less than that after experiencing a product defect didn’t seem like a fair solution.
As a result, I’ve decided to look elsewhere for my everyday shoes. I’ll always appreciate the Court Graffik line, but this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand. I hope DC Shoes takes this feedback into account for future product quality and customer service.
