Dasai Arvostelua

bought the Tokyo edition and looking forward to the Yamanote

Such a wonderful device. A must have for any car enthusiasts. Always love helping out a small business with a nifty product

Overall great experience buying new and innovative car products. Mochi companion and the gundam version are amazing along with the ultimate passenger box. Mochi adds to my daily drive and errand runs and always puts a smile on my face. Love the products and culture from Dasai. They got a faithful customer for life.

Worse service. Will straight up lie to you about shipping estimates. You’ll never get your item. Complete scam.

took a while to ship but once shipped, it was smooth sailing from there and i love it!

Easy to navigate website and very communicative on social media for any questions or concerns. Great customer service as well and adorable products 🙌

good items, good service

A pesar de la tardanza (ya que viene de un país bastante lejano y tiene que pasar por aduanas) el pedido llegó en perfectas condiciones, de buena calidad, y muy atentos con descuentos y nuevos productos.

Best Gadget to have in my car .. it’s like my personal co-pilot

The Mochi is a great product, but it does not excuse the terrible customer service that they have.

Placed an order for a pre-order of the Tokyo Mochi, along with a chrome helmet on 21 April, with an estimated lead time of 45 days. Today is 1st July and they still have not shipped my order, or have updated me on the status of it.

Only when I sent it an email, that they mentioned that my order is on hold due to the chrome helmet being out of stock with no ETA nor any in production, and did not bother to check in with me or update me about this. And their only response is to choose another helmet so that the order can be shipped.

What pisses me off the most is that they make certain items available for order, yet even with the long lead times, they are unable to fulfil them, and tell us to just accept another and suck it up.

Amazing product worked as pictured

Mochi arrived in perfect condition and still works to this day (several months later!)

I think it’s super cute and I love the different faces it makes and how there is a variety of helmets. However I dislike how cheap the glue/sticky part where you actually stick it to the car. In California we have hot summers and so the glue melted thus leaving glue marks on my car and mochi just fell over. Final dislike would be that they don’t really mention that the cord would show a lot/ it doesn’t show it even comes with a cord (on the pictures) that has to constantly be connected in order to power the mochi.

Bardzo fajne produkty, small passenger jest tym czego szukałem przez długi czas. Mega polecam.

The true Japanese experience and also the product was faulty at first but got replaced immediately! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Mochi has been the greatest purchase of my life I use him everyday 10/10

Product hasnt been received just yet but I appreciate that there have been restocks. On top of this the site has been easy to navigate and a variety of options are available for Mochi to match your car.
