Dasai Arvostelua

Delivery took awhile but eventually the items arrived in good working condition. Worth the wait and love their meticulous work, Cheers!

Made an order months ago, the order specifically stated that I will receive a tracking number in 1 week, and then the order would take 1-2 weeks to deliver. I waited 6 weeks, never received a tracking number, so I emailed them. They said to wait another 2-3 weeks. So here I am now, I email them every 3 weeks just to be told to wait another 2-3 weeks. Pretty sure I've been scammed, I thought all those 5 star reviews were too good to be true. :( Going to have to see if my bank can reverse the payment.

It is good, I might buy again.

I really love the simple design, and it's a great companion in the car.

So I ordered a blinker kit, it was the rinnegan eyes from Naruto.
Ordered them, never got tracking for shipping, asked for tracking and updates never got response back. It wasn’t until 3 months later that it arrived.

Went to test the connection to see if it worked. 1 of the blinkers lit up the other didn’t at all. Contacted them to get a replacement or my money back and never heard back. Instead I was ignored.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very unreliable and not worth it

Super cool gadget for my car. High quality

I’ve bought 3 mochis all limited edition and I’ve had nothing but a good experience.

It’s a great product with cute facial features and expressions I love my mochi

Parfait pour terminer le style 😈

Dasai !!! What an amazing companion !!! Whit the interchangeable helmet the dasai it’s so funny to have. It make the dashboard of the car so nice !

Great little device, very entertaining to watch Mochi while driving around.

Customer service was great and very responsive when ordering.

Would definitely recommend!

Great item, delivery was quite late

Love my mochi! Always entertains on the road, great quality

I'm sad to leave a terrible review on here but if I can help one person so be it. I've had a range of the Dasai range advertised to me over a good length of time, as soon as I saw the Yamanote Line Mochi, I knew I had to have it!
Unfortunately, I feel like the product isn't clearly stated what you're actually getting. The packaging is great, design is cool. However straight out of the box, the screen of my Mochi looked a little scratched. I plugged my mochi in (not realising it has to be usb powered in order to work - not USB-charged like most products created today. Here's the kicker - the Yamanote animations ONLY work when first plugging in/starting up your Mochi. Every other animation is just a loop when turned on.
I sent an email to the store only to find out they do not accept returns. To spend $95AUD on a product and not being able to return it shows how much these people believe in their product and customer satisfaction.
I will not be buying products from this store in future, I'm disappointed and can only hope that I can resell the product to try make up for my loss.

I bought a “Mochi” , I didn’t like it, requested a refund, they don’t offer it. 1 star.

Amazing and creative products, great service every time
