Dont fall for it.
Costly gear, no customer support.
I've got a non functional air bag product. Won't register on their app.
They simply don't CARE, which is evident in responses to emails.
Tried contacting them Bot called Emily replies. Nothing happens. Write again...bot replies, nothing happens as infinitum....still a bot response.
30 days without a human reply to 12 requests for help.
Had to return the purchase. Seller is rather angry

First and last time Dainese con rips me off and leaves me with a piece of hyped up unsupported junk.
We've tried everything to sort it, but the bot still replies with meaningless statements.
BEFORE YOU BUY.....test the bot.
It's all the support you will get.

Received a reply...
Take it to a Dainese centre. You cannot de register online.
Had we been told that a month ago, things might be different.
Arrogance will cost them. Maybe that's why their kit is so expensive, to keep the bots working.
Back to ALPINE STARS I suppose, I have never had this basic type of failure from them.
Hype over substance.
I write this for people considering parting with cash for safety gear.
I don't expect that they monitor complaints on feedback websites, it would be depressing as in my case.
One can't be riding with an unsupported airbag device, it's wayyyyy too much hassle.

Been trying to order a custom made race suit since October. Despite assurances that I will be contacted - no one does ! I have asked many times for someone to contact me, no reply. Appalling - they have now lost a loyal customer of some 26 years

Sappiamo che Dainese è leader nell'abbigliamento tecnico ma questo punto vendita è estremamente fornito e lo staff è professionale, cordiale e preparato.
In particolare ho avuto a che fare con Stefano che con dedizione mi ha risolto una questione che riguardava un prodotto acquistato on-line sul sito.
Non smetterò mai di ringraziarlo e continuerò ad acquistare prodotti Dainese.

Realice un pedido y lo pague. No me han enviado confirmación, les envío un mensaje y me dicen que les envíe el nombre porque el email no está correcto, contesto y no me dicen nada. Hablo con su tienda oficial (estos muy amables y correctos) me dicen que la web no tiene teléfonos de contacto, pero que aparece el pedido como anulado. De momento mi pedido no devolución. Un desastre

I purchased multiple times without an issue, but the most recent purchase experience was really awful. The website is terrible and contains a lot of missing/inaccurate information regarding sizing, materials, etc.

I thought I was purchasing a lot of 10 items, but when I only received one item, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the website description of (10 PCS) was only available to stores, but when individual customers purchased it online, only one item will be sent out. Essentially, I paid 10x the price for one single item. They suggested I return the item, but from prior experience, international returns are a hassle and aren't worth the time and aggravation. This will be the last time I purchase.

Der schlimmste Kundenservice!

Ich habe Schuhe bestellt, die am Ende nicht der Beschreibung entsprachen, da die Größe nicht nur um eine, sondern um zwei Größen kleiner war.

Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und zwei Wochen lang keine Antwort erhalten. Erst nachdem ich mich mit PayPal in Verbindung gesetzt habe, bekam ich eine Antwort.

Dann wurde wieder nicht geantwortet.

Am Ende wurde der Fall über PayPal geschlossen, da der Verkäufer angeblich sagte, dass sie mir das Geld zurückerstatten würden, sobald der Artikel bei ihnen eintrifft. Aber der Artikel war bereits bei ihnen angekommen.

Im Endeffekt habe ich weder mein Geld zurückbekommen, noch die Ware erhalten. Ich wurde einfach beklaut!

Commande d'un pantalon de ski le dimanche 24 et livré 4 jours plus tard par DHL.
MAIS pas de confirmation par mail après l'achat, même dans les spam. A tel point que j'ai dû faire une capture d'écran, seule preuve avec le numéro de commande.
Pas de date de livraison non plus.
J'ai envoyé un mail sur ces deux points. On m'a répondu en 24 h que la commande était en préparation mais sans me donner de jour de livraison. DHL m'a contacté deux jours après pour me fixer une date mais sans plage horaire.
Bref, bonne réactivité mais l'absence de mail de confirmation fait un peu peur.

Ho acquistato 2 prodotti. Un paio di pantaloni ed un protettivo per i capi in pelle. Dopo giorni di attesa senza comunicazioni, mi è arrivato il prodotto per la pulizia 20€ circa e spese di spedizione. Giorni dopo mi è stato riaccreditato il rimanente. Nessuna comunicazione, assistenza in contattabile. Certo non avrei ordinato da solo il prodotto con le spese di spedizione....

Je penses que tous les autres avis parlent d’eux même mais c’est une honte.
J’ai commandé des gants still pro à plus de 330€, les délais de livraison sont extrêmement long, je les reçois avec tous les autocollants décollés (des gants à 330! Encore une fois).
Dans les 30jours impartis je demande une nouvelle paire de gants et avec une taille en moins car trop grand, je les reçois 6 mois plus tard mais de la même taille. Et après avoir bataillé avec eux par mail car il leur faut 1 mois minimum pour répondre on me fait savoir que le délais de 30 jours est dépassé. Evidemment lorsqu’on ne répond pas au mail avant des semaines et lorsqu’on le fait on le fait mal s’est compliqué. Je déconseille plus que très fortement et je ne suis pas le seul 125 avis et une note de 1.8 je penses qu’on a jamais rien vu d’aussi catastrophique.

Retouren sind so einfach nicht möglich. Entweder kann man kein Ettikett erstellen oder es gibt andauernd 'interne Serverfehler' - vielleicht auch Absicht.

Réception le 18/09/2024 mauvais article reçu et bizarrement, l'article commandé et mis "hors stock depuis) aucune réponse du service client
Retour à l'aide du bon de retour. Quelques jours plus tard aucune réception. J'engage la procédure auprès du transporteur. Je fais attester mon retour colis en retournant au point relais. Le transporteur déclare le litige et le colis perdu. En parallèle j'en informe Dainese et je fourni les attestations . Des réponses par mails complètement évasives. Aucun suivi. Service client inexistant. 97 euros pris en otage. Aujourd'hui le 18/10/2024 je ne suis toujours pas remboursée. J'ouvre un litige paypal. En espérant la clôture et le remboursement. Extrêmement déçue. Ces gants étaient mon cadeau d'anniversaire. Je roule en full cuir dainese, j'ai tous les accessoires, sac à dos, porte clé, vêtements etc.
Je suis à présent dégoutée de cette marque ...

Ich besaß ein Textiljacke, Air 3 Tex von Dainese, um auch bei hohen Temperaturen sicher gekleidet zu sein. Bei einem Sturz am 15.8.24 war es jedoch so, daß die Jacke zwei durchgehende Löcher aufwies. Wodurch ich eine erhebliche Schürfwunde am Ellenbogen hatte. Was möglich war, weil sich der Protektor verschoben hat!!? Die ebenfalls getragene Mesh-Hose von Revit war ebenfalls ziemlich ramponiert, ging aber nicht durch, und ich hatte keine einzige Schramme an den Beinen. Daher der Rat, wer in 1. Linie Sicherheit will, sollte lieber eine andere Marke wählen. Zudem der Kundenservice meine Mitteilung komplett ignoriert!!!

I bought mountain bike protective socks, with padding (order 22666656). After a few wears the padding came out so no good as protective socks. I contacted Dainese, they offered a refund, they said no need to send the socks back due to climate impact but I must cut them up and send a picture. I couldn't believe this, I offered to give the perfectly wearable socks to a charity bank instead of destroying them. However, Dainese adamant they must be cut up. Shameful and hypocritical. I'm happier to keep this faulty product and do my bit for the environment. Will never buy Dainese again.
