I’ve been shopping from Cult Mia for a few years now and they never disappoint. They have thoughtfully curated pieces that are top quality and in some cases personalized. I LOVE being able to support emerging international designers from around the world and a platform run by women. I am always complimented on my accessories from Cult Mia :) highly recommend!!!

I like shopping here over some of the other sites because of the unique designs. I've had a good experience and am glad to have options other than the standard department store designers or when I travel to discover new designers. Once an item didn't fit and I was able to exchange it for a different dress that ended up fitting much better for a wedding. All around good experience.

I love discovering new brands on Cult Mia. I was worried about fit (as I ordered from a few different designers that I had never tried before), but the sizing charts and customer service support was extremely helpful. I was even offered a made-to-measure option where I shared my measurements for the perfect / exact fit for a dress I ordered to attend a black tie wedding! Quality & service was spot on for the luxury experience I was hoping for.

Went looking for a gift for my wife for our anniversary. Wanted to find something unique as she’s a little picky. Found enough for the next ten birthdays anniversaries and valentines days. Delivery quick. Quality great. Very happy wife.

I ordered a top three weeks ago, expecting it to arrive as stated on the website (April 22-30). It just shipped yesterday, and although I could click the tracking number, nothing will show up otherwise and updates are turned off for the top on my Shop app. I paid $350 and was expecting quicker, more efficient service. I will not be purchasing from here again; it is a very inefficient way to support small businesses.

I purchased an item and upon receiving the package, it was empty. It had been opened with a knife and the item was removed. Contacted customer support and no response was provided. This company does a disservice to the small businesses and alleges that it supports.

Please don’t waste your money. I ordered two very expensive dresses from this company on the 18th October. The first was delivered relatively timely but the quality is almost certainly not worth the price tag and the second has still yet to be delivered. I have chased and still not received a response. I have now requested a full refund. This level of customer service is atrocious for what is being pegged as a higher end retailer.

£850 and nothing to show for it.
I ordered two bridemaids dresses (£425 each) in August and only one arrived. After some back and forth with Cult Mia, they then advised that there had been an error on their system & they had sold the second dress when it was not in stock.
I am still struggling to get clarification on whether I will receive a refund for the £425 dress I bought that didn't exist. I am also now needing to get two new bridesmaid dresses, so have no use for the original dress I purchased, as I will need to buy two different dresses. Cult Mia have not given an outcome as to whether I am able to return an unworn dress with tags, that is only unsuitable due to their error.
I am starting to come to the conclusion that this is a scam website. As someone who worked in the retail sector for 10 years, and has been in customer services for nearly 20, this is extremely poor service at best, and fraud at worst.

I recently ordered a expensive dress and I hadn't checked the website if it was legit or not. I got worried so i emailed them asking when it would be dispatched so I could check if I would get a tracking number. I got a reply within 48 hours and they assured me and offered to speak to the designer on my behalf. Surely I received it its beautiful and I am very happy with it. The only thing I am not too happy with is the kind of crystals the designer used but its a taste/opinion thing

I ordered a bikini from the brand on the 29th June and am still waiting for an update on when this will arrive. The brand are ignoring my emails and not giving me a refund. I expected more from a brand who are selling expensive designer products. Don't shop with this brand!

I ordered shoes 10 days ago and they still have not shipped. Customer service impossible to reach.

I received 3 items yesterday and one item is too small .i requested a return label and have received an email stating my return request is "under review " Surely I should not have to wait indefinitely for a simple return label .Particularly as there is a 14 day return policy and I have followed up with an email to customer services to receive an automatic response stating that all emails will be dealt with in 48 hours !
I am leaving the country today and need to return the item but am unable to do so .Not good service

Can’t review with zero stars. Dress ordered size 10/M, dress arrived clearly a size 12/14 and way too big. Couldn’t exchange or return as was told it was “last season” (yet still on sale on website) & made to order (yet clearly made to the wrong size so not my fault)….and the whole thing cost me £655 YES £655 incl import duty!!!! I will never use or recommend this site again.

Zero Customer Service - please be careful when purchasing from this company!
Ordered a pretty expensive dress £180 which arrived when I was on a business trip, on my return I ended up having to self isolate with Covid for 10 days.

When I eventually managed to get the package to try it on, the dress was too small

Asked for a return label which was 5 days out of their return window and was advised I had missed the time and would need to keep the dress - no offer of credit note or to exchange for a larger size.

The customer service was extremely poor, they continually repeated terms and conditions and did not have any understanding for the situation I was in. They seemed ok to leave me with a piece of clothing they know doesn’t fit me, and didn’t seem to care at all!

I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Such a shame as some of their products are quite different and nice.
