I ordered a dress via Cult Mia. It was the wrong color and size so was immediately reboxed within 5min of being opened and put in the mail on the same the same day. Apparently a stray hair made it onto the garment and they are refusing to accept the return, claiming the item is not in resellable condition. They are also penalizing me for not taking photos of the return. Why would I do this if it is in the exact same as new condition I received it in??
This company is a scam. AVOID.

After carefully reviewing your case, we want to clarify that our designer conducts a thorough quality control check on all returned items. Unfortunately, your return was declined as the dress was found to have multiple fabric pulls, which meant it was not in its original, resellable condition.
Our designer provided images of the dress before it was shipped, including the matching barcode, which we shared with you as proof via our email correspondence. To assist with our investigation, we also requested images of the dress upon its first delivery. As this was not provided—and is a crucial part of our assessment—we were unfortunately unable to proceed further with the request.
We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and truly appreciate your understanding. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. We carefully considered both your concerns and our designers' policies to ensure a fair resolution.

I purchased a dress looking at the size chart which should fit me right? WRONG! Their size chart is imprecise they run small very small. Also how can a dress fit everywhere but the hips. And of course they don’t do return or exchange as “the dress is made per order”. If the dress is made for order you should have a slot to enter your measurements. Very disappointing do not order anything from them they are a scam. Don’t waist your money or time it’s really not worth it.

I experienced an issue with the delivery location of my order, but the customer service team was excellent in providing me with assistance to get it resolved. They were quick and diligent in ensuring that the issue was corrected. I ordered the dress to wear for an event the weekend of my wedding, and am very pleased with the customer service provided on my order!

Unbeknownst to me, made-to-order means no returns, and I only realized this after attempting to exchange the item.
