Thank you for this amazing team and the talented designer for this experience! I asked the team to deliver my dress earlier for my sister's wedding and they did their best to deliver it faster than I expected 😍! I loved the dress! The fit and the quality were perfect✨!
My first experience with CultMia but for sure not the last one 🤍

I hesitated to order a dress from Cult Mia because of the lack of information I found online. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I hoped it would be. I received the dress well after they said it would arrive… the dress was lost for weeks, although they did stay in contact with me it was still very frustrating. When I received it, the quality was definitely not what I expected, especially for the price. The dress was also far shorter than it said it was on the description. I had to take it to my tailor to see if there’s a way that they could lengthen it. Unfortunately, we had to cut the sleeve shorter in order for it to be longer. I’m very very disappointed with this company and will never order from them again.

After ordering an expensive dress, I received it in a dusty condition, with poor sewing quality, and packaged in a small box folded multiple times. To make matters worse, one of the roses on the dress detached the first time I wore it. When I tried to initiate a return, they kept delaying the process, claiming they were waiting for a response from the designer. This has been extremely frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this website for anyone looking to buy quality dresses. It's simply not worth the price or the headache!"

Melody was so incredibly helpful and provided top tier customer service to me! She was always prompt with her replies even with the time zone difference between us! Easily the worst brand. Purchased a dress on the 22nd of August it was ill fitting, I sent an email and for a few weeks , it’s been back and forth until today. They responded with bullying me. Refusing to exchange the dress even after requesting my measurements and figuring out the dress wasn’t consistent with my dress size and my length. A dress that looked midi enough of the model was short for me. I sent them a video evidence yet no understanding. I left comments on their instagram this morning, also montsands and they blocked me. Even their founder Nina Briance blocked me. No empathy nothing. Brands like this who cause you pain shouldn’t exist. The worst experience, even high street brands don’t do this. #OrderNo 8980. I’m beyond disappointed brands don’t do this!

Truly, some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I strongly urge that you take your business elsewhere before using this third-party site. Orders arrived damaged I immediately sent photos day of the arrival to customer service. And they refused to process the return or refund me the money. it took days before they even acknowledged after several follow-ups. Items were unwearable.

Terrible quality, my 1,100dlls dress arrived and its poorly tailored, fabric looks and feels so cheap and it doesnt fit as the picture.
And they DONT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Pictures look very difeerent than website!
Save your money and go for dresses on trusted websites with good return policies.

Horrible quality. I couldn’t retourn it because when i received it I was on holidays and the 14 days they give you to return passed. Save your money and your time and don’t buy from cult mia.

This is the worst web for dress nothing in what thay advertise is true not the sizes not the arriving time not the return policy they took the money and left me with one dress that have been marks as a size large when is actual a medium size Steel waiting for the other dress after a monte don’t !!!!!!!
