Very bad experience
Very bad experience with Cruisetopic. Once you book your cruise and you pay, they never answer. They promise you with stuff, once you go to the cruise you see nothing.
No matter what you do (you get no reply from them). They did NOT send the tickets until the day before the cruise ((after I made huge arrangements with them))
Very bad experience with this agency.
They make you write the reviews before the cruise.

Regarding travel documents, their issuance can depend on the cruise line and on the completion of the required booking and check-in procedures. Nevertheless, we understand how important it is to receive them in good time and how stressful a delay can feel when departure is approaching.

No Full refound
I booked a family cruise through Cruisetopic and paid in full several weeks before departure.
The cruise was later cancelled by the cruise operator, AROYA Cruises. While AROYA confirmed that a full refund had been approved, the refund process took a long time and required numerous follow-up emails from my side.
I eventually had to open a dispute with my bank before any refund was processed.
Even after the refund was issued, I did not receive the full amount I had paid. Cruisetopic informed me that the "Happy Cruise Card" was non-refundable and also referred to exchange rate differences. As a customer, I do not believe these deductions should apply when the cruise is cancelled by the operator rather than by the passenger.
Communication was polite, but responses were slow and I often had to chase updates myself.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking through Cruisetopic. I would strongly advise future customers to carefully review all additional charges and refund conditions before making a paymen

We are genuinely sorry that the cancellation of your cruise affected your overall experience. Unfortunately, the cancellation was made directly by the cruise line and was completely outside of Cruisetopic's control.
As soon as we received the official confirmation from the cruise line, we immediately initiated the refund procedure and kept our customers informed throughout the process. While we understand that the waiting time was frustrating, the timing of the refund depended on the cruise line's administrative procedures and payment processing times, rather than on our agency.
We understand that this aspect may have been disappointing. However, the Happy Cruise Card which includes insurance coverage is subject to its own Terms & Conditions accepted at the time of purchase. For this reason, it follows different refund conditions from the cruise booking itself, and its value is not refundable, even in the event of a cruise cancellation.
Any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded was also influenced by exchange rate fluctuations applied by the payment provider at the time of the transactions, which are unfortunately outside of our control.
We understand that this situation was disappointing, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Throughout the process, our team remained available to provide assistance and updates, and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to continue improving our service.

EXPLORA II AND III
I have been booking all of my cruises through Cruisetopic for many years, and I can honestly say that I have always been very satisfied with their service. Thanks to their professionalism, I have enjoyed many wonderful journeys with MSC Cruises, where I have achieved Diamond loyalty status.
I would especially like to thank my travel advisor, Tea, who has been assisting me for years. She is always friendly, professional, patient, and willing to help, which is why I always choose Cruisetopic when planning my next cruise.
This year, I decided to book two luxury voyages with Explora Journeys – EXPLORA II for summer 2027 and EXPLORA III for summer 2028. As an Explora Club Platinum member, I am especially excited about these upcoming cruises. I accepted both offers immediately after receiving them and paid the required deposits the very next day to secure my reservations.
Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be a reservation system issue, I was contacted twice by Explora Journeys asking about the status of my bookings and reminding me that confirmation was required before July 1, 2026. Since I had completed my part immediately, I believe this was simply a technical issue or a sign that the booking system for Explora Journeys could be better integrated and updated.
I am mentioning this not as a complaint, but as friendly feedback. Explora Journeys is a growing luxury brand, and I believe that as more guests begin booking these beautiful ships, Cruisetopic will continue to improve and adapt its reservation processes, just as it has done so successfully with MSC Cruises over the years.
Despite this minor issue, my trust in Cruisetopic remains unchanged. I will continue booking my future cruises with complete confidence because I know there is a dedicated and professional team behind the company. I am already looking forward to sailing on EXPLORA II and EXPLORA III and to many more unforgettable journeys with Cruisetopic.
