Excellent customer service! We had to cancel our cruise due to our child's surgery and thought we would lose our €1,000 deposit. Instead, the team helped us rebook for next year and transferred the full deposit to the new reservation. We truly appreciate their understanding, flexibility, and professionalism. No 44731Vratila se sa cruise Explorer of the Seas od 4.7.-11.7.26 grčki otoci sa Royal Caribbean .
Kabine 7256 i 7254 NISU BILE ONO ŠTO SMO PLATILI. Umjesto sofe kako je bilo prikazano na slici jer nas je bilo troje u jednoj kabini dobilo smo pomični krevet koji se spušta sa stropa kabine na glave dolje. Koma !!!! Možete si misliti osjećaj 7 dana spavanja ili guranje nas troje na krevetu. I samo jedna mala fotelja u sobi ( priručna). Brod je jako loše održavan , hrđe svagdje iskaču.
Putovala sam na mnogo kruzera od Princess, MSC, Carnival…. Nema smisla pisati dalje, jedino što je bilo pozitivno na brodu su LJUDI !!!

Željeli bismo pojasniti da raspored kreveta, konfiguracija kabina i oprema na brodu ovise isključivo o brodarskoj kompaniji i mogu se razlikovati unutar iste kategorije kabine.
Također, stanje i održavanje broda u potpunosti su u nadležnosti brodarske kompanije te, nažalost, nisu pod kontrolom naše agencije.
Iskreno nam je žao što vaše putovanje nije bilo onakvo kakvom ste se nadali, posebno jer nam je zadovoljstvo naših gostiju uvijek prioritet. Vaše komentare i primjedbe uzimamo ozbiljno te ćemo ih proslijediti nadležnoj kompaniji kako bi ih uzeli u obzir.

After I booked the cruise
After I booked the cruise, they asked me who you want in the rooms. I booked two rooms then I told them that I want this three persons with their names and one room and the other two and one room later on when they confirm it with the agency I saw that they put other names on the rooms, not same as I said. And now no one is answering me on the WhatsApp also I sent them my new passport so they can update it on the system but also no one saw that message yet before I book and I pay the money they was talking to me every day, but after they make that mistake for the names and the rooms now no one answering me they told me that they will try to fix that problem, but maybe they will be there will be a penalty. A penalty should not be on me. I will not pay anything for that wrong because it’s not my wrong and I have the WhatsApp message shows that I told them what name to put on which room. The last time they called me, they said no problem if you change your rooms in the cruise, but I told them that I will I don’t want that because maybe someone will go out and the card of the room will be with him so there will be something wrong, so we won’t everyone with his card is better because I tried to go the cruise before and we change the rooms and it it was not good to take others cards.
