A genuinely valuable learning experience

I recently completed the Introduction to Gemstones course through Cruise Retail Academy, and I can honestly say that I learned a great deal from it.

What impressed me most was how the course went beyond simply introducing different gemstones. It helped me understand the characteristics, terminology, identification, quality factors and other important aspects that are highly relevant when working with jewellery and luxury retail. The content gave me knowledge that I can actually apply when engaging with customers and presenting products with greater confidence.
