Crui.se Arvostelua

Rebecca Mann managed to book us on a last minute river cruise Paris to Normandy. Everything was handled with complete ease. She even managed to get us great flight times both outward and return despite only 11 days from booking to departure. Great professional service.

Rachael was excellent. The booking was not straightforward but she managed to sort everything out with a very satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommended.

Very efficient at every level , as we had left it a little late for booking a river cruise Rachel went out of her way to find us the dates we preferred and our cabin choice. Easy to contact and returned all calls immediately.

I booked a Uniworld cruise to Venice, and the nearby islands. My request to fly from an alternative airport was handled efficiently and without further cost.
As a solo traveller, I wanted to know some extra information about similar travellers and this was also provided quickly, albeit simplistically due to GDPR restrictions.
When I had difficulty checking-in with the airline the day before departure, their website would not recognise me, but that was soon resolved directly by a member of staff.
I shall have no hesitation in using Crui.se for future cruises.

Follow up review having completed our Riviera Rhine Cruise. Excellent experience, so thank you Rebecca. We did experience one problem and she dealt with it promptly and efficiently. Book with confidence.

Swift response to initial enquiry and immediate follow-up when I indicated that I would like to book
(New Year on the Rhine with Riviera). Useful discount.
Very personable and sympathetic agency staff.
I will add further comments when we have gone further down the line.

First time we have used crui.se and it certainly won’t be our last .
From our initial contact to booking the Danube river cruise ,all my questions were answered and Rebecca couldn’t have been more professional dealing with me
A credit to the company

Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well.
We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.

Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion
It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product
Well done Crui.se

Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

I had quite specific requirements for the river cruise, which included us making our own way to the embarkation point and our own return flights, but Carley dealt with everything, providing a prompt, courteous service to me throughout. This gave me the confidence to place my booking with Crui.se and I will not hesitate to contact them again if we decide to undertake another river cruise.

Rachel Peers booked the Douro cruise for us very efficiently and at a good price. Then, not long before we were due to leave, my husband became unwell and, although he soon recovered, he decided not to travel. A wonderful friend offered to come with me instead. Rebecca Mann was brilliant! She was very calm and helpful, and she succeeded in getting the name changed on the flights at the last minute - it was not straightforward as my friend was away from home and there was a delay accessing her passport details. It all went ahead, and we had a lovely time. My husband remained in good health and seems to have rather enjoyed his week at home alone! A very big thank to Rebecca for all her help. I am so grateful to her.

If you're thinking about a cruise I would highly recommend letting Cruise.se help you find what you're looking for at the best price.
Nothing is too much trouble and they make the whole process very clear and easy.
Absolutely fantastic service, can't fault it.

Quick and accurate answers to queries

Used Crui.se for the first time.
Will definitely will return again.
Rachel was superb in everyway something you find hard to get nowadays.

I was a complete pain in the neck as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but both Rebecca and Rachel were very patient, answering all my questions promptly and found several suitable cruises within the budget that I had in mind - customer service was second to none and both are a credit to Crui.se. I only hope that my actual cruise with Ama Waterways provides the same level of service because if so, it will be awesome!! Thank you 😊

Went on the Danube River Cruise last October booked through Cru.ise..everything was dealt with very efficiently and thoroughly enjoyed the Riviera cruise.
Have now booked another 2 River cruises through Cru.ise....because they were so fantastic in their planning procedures and pleasant approach...thanks to Rachel and Rebecca...will not hesitate to recommend you. Christine Cregg

My agent Rebecca was very helpful and polite and spent time to find two cruise options which were suitable for me, both were below my maximum budget and I was so pleased that I booked one straight away. So far, I am extremely pleased with this company and it's efficiency and communication and understanding of my request.

The level of customer service provided by Rachel Pears at Cruise has quite simply been outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble for Rachel and I will always be grateful for the kindness she showed when a member of our original group sadly passed away. If the cruise itself is half as good as the support provided so far we are in for a great time. Rachel is a credit to herself and to the Company

I was not able to find exactly what I wanted but having given my garbled version to Rebecca she found a river cruise which was very acceptable. All done with due professionalism and good humour.Well done Crui.se.
