We booked the trip with Carley at Crui.se and our upgraded cabin was even upgraded again without charge. In the meantime another holiday caught our eye and we got a quote for that the next day. Never having done a river cruise and travelling on my own, I had become disheartened at not finding something suitable within my price range. Then I stumbled upon Crui.se!! After making an online inquiry for a river cruise to the German Christmas markets I had a prompt response back from Rebecca.
The cruise I was enquiring about unfortunately had sold out but Rebecca had an alternative which was for 5 days not 4.
Rebecca sent the information over and worked out to be better alternative.
