Please make sure you’re signed in to the same GeniusCash account where you claimed the offer, and that the email address linked to your account can receive our emails. You may need to add noreply@creditcardgenius.ca to your safe sender list. We also sent an email with steps on how to whitelist the email address on your end.
You can also update your payment options in the Payment Preferences section of your account.
To make things easier, you can turn on auto-deposit with your bank so you won’t need a password for e-transfers. The auto-deposit email must match the email listed in your payment preferences, and it can be any email address you have access to.

Fantastic experience as it was the last time I applied. I applied for the Porter MasterCard Elite, zero annual fee for the first year and got $150 on top of that. That's essentially getting pay a $150 to have the card for the first year. A total win.

Tangerine MC scam
Been waiting since November 18 of 2025 for a tangerine MasterCard $120 cash promo. All they did was back and forth giving me notes of delays due to the tangerine marketing team department.
I'm starting to feel that this is not the right place to apply for any promotional credit cards in the future. Why can companies be legit and do their job in a timely manner? Instead of telling people lies

Sorry to hear that it's taking longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash.
We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the Credit Card has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.
Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the bank. There are various things that the bank and/or the affiliate network needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time cardholder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time does depend on the bank and it is outside of our control.
We're working with Tangerine's affiliate marketing team directly, and we will update your ticket as soon as we receive confirmation from them.

I found a great credit card I was…
I found a great credit card I was interested in using their helpful indexes. I then applied through their link and was able to easily get my GenuisCash deposited to my account within two weeks of my application. I initiated a support ticket and it was resolved within a few days with no issue. Really helpful service and a great system!

Amazing from start to end
Amazing from start to end, received the etransfer 3 days after the application was approved. On another note still waiting for the credit card to arrive to the branch!!! I will defiantly be using creditcardGenius in the future again
