Sorry to hear that it's taking longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash!

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the GeniusCash partner that the card application has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the bank when you open a ticket with us. There are various things that the bank's affiliate departmenr needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time card or account holder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time depends on the bank and it is outside of our control.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the credit card has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the bank. There are various things that the bank and/or the affiliate network needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time cardholder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation is completed by the bank the timeline for this is outside of our control.

We can see that you submitted a ticket. We sent your information to our GeniusCash partner on August 4th. Depending on the GeniusCash partner, please note that this process could take 6 weeks or more to complete.

We require direct confirmation from the GeniusCash partner that the application was approved and is eligible for GeniusCash in order to pay out the marketing incentive, as per our Terms and Conditions. Please note that the bank has all the information necessary to proceed with the manual investigation.

We strive to deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the account has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

However, in some cases, we do not receive this confirmation automatically from the bank, and a manual investigation is required. If we have not received confirmation two weeks after an application date, an automated email is sent to the email address associated with the customer’s account. This email includes a link to the GeniusCash dashboard, where a ticket can be submitted so we can send the information directly to the bank for manual investigation before the offer expires.

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, GeniusCash tickets must be submitted within 12 weeks of the application date. Unfortunately, once that 12-week period has passed, we are no longer able to submit a claim to the bank for that application.

For any future applications, if you haven't received your GeniusCash once it's been 2 weeks since your application date, please make sure to head to your GeniusCash dashboard or follow the link the email you received and create a ticket. This way, we can get your info sent directly to the bank for a manual investigation.
