Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Shipping to the US, so tariffs are expected. However I got charged TWICE for two different fees over a month after I ordered my case. Calculate the fees before hand so I’m not paying double for my product without expecting it. Other companies are able to do this so I don’t understand why CoverLab is hiding all of these fees until your order is non refundable. SKETCHY! Do not order

Hi,
we’re truly sorry to hear about your negative experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration regarding the additional charges and would like to clarify the situation.
Customs duties and import fees for international shipments (such as to the United States) are determined by local customs authorities and, unfortunately, are not always predictable at the time of ordering. That said, we are constantly working to make all cost-related information as transparent as possible, and we will take your comments into account to further improve this aspect.
We apologize again for the inconvenience and hope to offer you a better experience in the future.

This is an awful company
This is an awful company. It’s been a month and haven’t received the product or any updates. Reaching their support team is a nightmare. They added on extra charges after a month of trying to get a hold of someone and when I asked to cancel, told me I was unable to get a refund for a fck!ng forty dollar not leather phone case. Eat shit cover lab!

Dear Customer,
We are very sorry for your negative experience and understand the inconvenience caused by the situation.
Due to tariffs imposed by the U.S. administration, unfortunately, it has not been possible to ship your order using the originally selected shipping method. This issue has caused unexpected delays and additional costs, which are beyond our control.
We are doing everything possible to find alternative solutions and to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We remain at your disposal for any further clarification.
Kind regards

Coverlab has truly exceeded my…
Coverlab has truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I placed my order, everything felt smooth, professional, and well taken care of. The website is super easy to navigate with so many design choices—it honestly took me a while to pick because every option looked amazing. What I love the most is how customizable everything is. Being able to create a phone case that reflects my own personality and style made the whole experience so special.
When my case arrived, I was blown away. The packaging was beautiful and secure, which instantly gave me the feeling of opening something premium. The case itself is stunning—the design is vibrant, the print quality is crystal clear, and the colors look even better in real life than on screen. It feels extremely sturdy without being bulky, giving my phone maximum protection while still looking stylish. I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times since using it, and it’s safe to say the Coverlab case does its job perfectly.
Another thing I really appreciate is the attention to detail. The fit is absolutely perfect—every button, port, and camera cutout lines up flawlessly. You can tell they’ve put effort into making sure the case doesn’t just look good, but also works practically for everyday use.
I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my phone case, and a few friends have even asked me where I got it. Coverlab has definitely set a new standard for me when it comes to phone accessories. It’s not just a case—it’s a way to carry around a little piece of your own creativity and identity every day.Overall, I would 100% recommend Coverlab to anyone who wants a high-quality, durable, and stylish phone case that you can actually make your own. It’s rare to find something that balances protection, style, and personalization so perfectly, but Coverlab nailed it. I’ll definitely be ordering more designs in the future!❤️
