My inside stop tap snapped off it’s a 1930’s house and the pipe work wasn’t great but the engineer came, along with the water company, they had to switch the whole street ‘s water supply off but the engineer managed to put a new stop tap in and I now have running water, great communication and great service 5***** from me ... thank you

I needed house insurance.
I was contacted on the day as promised which is a good start to any negotiation. He was helpful and patient and explained excesses to me ( I am elderly and not as quick thinking now) . He was able to make a policy for me which was quite a lot cheaper than my previous one that was with a different company and with no less benefits.
I can recommend their friendly approach and prompt service.

I had spoken with agents of two major insurers, and was taken back by their lack of knowledge of their policies. I therefore spoke with your agent and was so imprressed with his knowledge, frankly he made my week end.
When I reflect on the price I am paying i have saved £240 per annum, plus I now have more cover.

We’re sorry that the engineer didn’t show up at the arranged time. This is not the level of service that we aim to offer and usually achieve, and we’ll be investigating why this was the case.
As you’re now aware though, you were not eligible for this cover in this case as the property is occupied by tenants, and so we have refunded your payment and cancelled the policy.

Great value cover and easy application
I was really impressed! It was quick to get a price online for everything and it has saved me loads of time shopping round. Plus great value for money, we got really similar cover to our old insurance but for a cheaper price.
