Cooker Hood Filters Arvostelua 

Struggling to find replacement filters for my extractor due to no model numbers etc. Tried cheap generic options via Amazon but no accurate fit. Contacted Cooker Hood Filters who responded immediately and after collecting my measurements they sourced the perfect items which I received within 2 days. Great company to deal with and will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

I placed an order for a NEFF extractor fan, which I had been searching for some time. I finally found it at a reasonable price with Cooker Hood Filters. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. However, upon contacting them through their contact form within half an hour, the issue was promptly resolved. They agreed to dispatch a replacement. I found their service to be superb, and Rio's handling of the issue was exceptional. Such excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

They were just so helpful - as well as prompt and great value. We couldn't easily find the right brand and model of cookerhood filters for the cooker when we moved house, and customer service adviser Rio could not have been more helpful in making sure we ordered the right part, and were able to return an incorrect one.

I needed to replace an existing 'cooker hood'. It was no longer filtering. Hardly surprising after 20 years.
Rio requested measurements. He explained were it not to fit I could return. Given age, he explained return procedure. He was hopeful it would fit. If it did he would instigate a discount. As I type this is in progress.

Placed an order for a cooker hood filter, all fine and fits as per the description.

Ordered on the 14/10/24, for delivery on the 15/10/24. (This was the only good part).

Was charged £5.99 for delivery for Royal Mail 24hr when placing the order from Cookerhoodfilters.co.uk.

On the 15/10/24 I received a 'fine' from Royal Mail as the sender did not pay the correct amount of postage.

After paying the fine and collecting the filter from Royal Mail, I contacted Customer services, Rio contacted me back and has been utterly useless.

Despite having evidence of both the fine and the tracking number showing the same date he is adamant, the fine is 'nothing to do with us...'.

They have not requested to see the fine nor offered the refund for their own mistake in not paying the correct postage despite charging me. I know it may sound petty over £5, but the fact they charged for delivery and then with the fine it doubled the cost is why I'm posting a review here out of principle.

Won't be using them again, would prefer to use another company that can actually pay the delivery charges required so I don't have to deal with the hassle.

As a complete side note, the day after this transaction was processed my card details were stolen... Interestingly, I hadn't put through any other charges before that happened. Could well be just coincidence, but it wouldn't surprise me if they haven't bothered to pay for proper payment security since they cant be bothered to pay for postage!

I have responded to your email suggesting the Royal Mail fine was a scam.

I appreciate your concern but I was handed a grey 'fee to pay card' for the delivery of your goods (a £5 fine due to the sender not paying the delivery). I have not paid via any links etc.

The grey card came from the postman for me to pay before they released the goods I ordered from CookerHoodFilters.co.uk.

Please feel free to check the reference code of the 'fee to pay' provided to you in an email.

Brilliant service in supplying metal cooker hood vents for a very old Belling cooker hood. They checked to make sure they were the right ones and once ordered arrived within 2 days. I had previously ordered these, at twice the price, with another website only to be told after being on order for 3 months that they weren't in stock! Now waiting for refund from them.
