Very poor quality, worn only a handful times and stitching already coming away. Customer service insisted on a tedious return process. Not worth the hassle. Would not recommend.

First time ordering. Wasn’t happy with quality vs price returned. Returns only done as a ‘gift card’ no choice but to re-order what I previously ordered.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, I haven’t even received tracking number and the customer service doesn’t get back to me

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

I placed an order and unfortunately had issues with both the quality of the items and the lack of basic customer service.

One item — a windbreaker — arrived with the zip detached after simply trying it on. Rather than acknowledging this as a quality issue, the company dismissed it, claiming the zip must have been “manually removed,” which frankly makes no sense. It was flimsy, poorly made, and not fit for purpose.

Even after returning the items well within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, I was met with resistance, excuses, and an offer of a credit note instead of a refund. I had to push back firmly and am now escalating to Trading Standards and my card issuer for a chargeback.

To make matters worse, I was told that pursuing my rights would be a “hassle,” which says everything about the company’s attitude toward their customers and the law.

I’ve lost complete trust in the brand and won’t be ordering again. It’s not about getting a refund — it’s about principle, quality, and ethics.

Unfortunately, this company failed on all three.

Avoid, and make sure you understand your consumer rights before ordering.

Nice product at a reasonable price

The fabrics are super nice, and the delivery was also rapid! I would say that they fit just the tinniest bit smaller than some other sportswear, largely because they are an athletic fit. That said, I often wear oversized clothes these days, so I may just not be used to it. But all in all, it's super nice quality sportswear.

Excellent quality T-shirts and shorts, with a fantastic fit for my body shape. Absolutely will be buying again. Particularly love the the soft lux hoodies!

Quality is great, fits well. For such a low price point for quality is unmatched.

Did receive wrong colour shorts in order that was rectified. If anything wanted me to order more as quality and colours looked great.

Excellent clothing and service was superb even a return for a smaller size was smooth. Came across their range through someone else and the quality of items is first class and I will be a repeat customer for sure . Keep it up all at Condition as you are smashing it so far . Cheers Andy

Beware of 14 day return policy - no flexibility!
I was one day over the return policy due to being out of the country and getting to the package late. I was also impacted by bank holiday post office closures. Wrote to see if there was an exception that could be made but was declined. Customer services were responsive, a Gift card was offered but this is not the outcome I would have liked. I think you would expect more from a larger company to facilitate an exception given the circumstances. Now out of pocket over £250 which is not an insignificant amount.
Reason for return was product fit is not right for me and quality not quite up to expectation. Won’t be recommending to others.

Great garment, good value. Fit as advertised, and feels good.

Really nice stuff, Royal Mail had made a mistake with the order but the team was very helpful replied super fast and offered help many times, the packaging was done very nicely the tissue and nice zip lock bags are a lovely touch along side free returns with the label included. good to see a nice quality, good customer service brand. It’s difficult to come across these days, just please keep it this way and remember this customer service once you get even bigger.
