Had my second pair, first been really uncomfortable, bought another pair £165 size up and still so uncomfortable, they absolutely crippled my toes, must be the most uncomfortable pair of trainers I’ve ever had! Love the style but my god so uncomfortable!!!

Amazing quality , have bought 9 pairs and the expectations do not lack looking forward to what the company has to bring in the future

My normal size trainers came, don’t fit, started a return, can’t find any info on my email on how to return, so went through the whole process again for it to say error a return has already started… well how to I return these! Just very long winded rather stick to Arnes

I've never ordered from cleens until 3 or 4 weeks ago so I panicked when I hadn't received my parcel more than a week later but I contacted them and got quick response they kept me informed and they refunded me my delivery charge due to my wait but I got my shoes which I was very pleased with and they were worth the wait

Recently made a purchase from Cleens. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent out but they were awesome to deal with. Customer service reply so quickly, sorted it all out and even gave me a discount. I now have the pair I originally ordered and they are awesome. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Product doesn’t match the images, for the price of the shoes compared to the quality there is a big disparity.

Fantastic service, Jason in particular has been brilliant from a customer service standpoint. I’ve used Cleens many times now and I wouldn’t look anywhere else now for new trainers.

Thought the trainers looked nice and boxed nicely but after wearing them all day they were aching my feet and felt quite heavy by the end and are a bit pricey and didn’t like that you were charged a delivery fee

Ordered a pair of £160 trainers, when you spend that much money on a pair of shoes you expect them to arrive pristine. The trainers have scuffs on them, there is sock residue inside the shoes so they have been worn and the suede parts of the shoe have damage, the dust bag is also dirty. I just find it ridiculous that you pay all of this money and the quality is not 100% … there is no where to complain on the website or app all you can do is select return, I don’t particularly want to go down the route of returning them having to re package everything up then going to the post office and having to wait for a refund. I wish there was somewhere to report problems with orders

Quality of trainers is excellent.

Their Luxor sneaker is dope. I bought it in a few colors. I wear a Nike size uk11 (us12). The Cleens size 11 in this model runs a little short in the toe. I tried up sizing to uk11.5 but that runs too big. I can wear it but i had to over tightened the shoe laces with kind of ruins the look of the sneaker. So get the uk size 11 and put a shoe horn in it to give it some room in the toe box and should be fine.

5 stars for the product footwear is excellent now on to turnaround for delivery is awful 11 days I waited for my shoes when it’s says can take up to 5 working days for delivery so I would give 1 star for delivery
