CONDITION® Arvostelua 

Ordered a t shirt and didn’t turn up after a week only to then be told that it was out of stock. When it came back into to stock I ordered it again only for them to send out a completely different t shirt to what I ordered. Raised this with customer service and they sent out another t shirt only for it to be wrong yet again. It’s like they are trying to get rid of old stock and selling it as new items hoping the customer doesn’t notice. The product labels have been placed over old ones and in some cases blank labels have been placed over the tags to prevent you from seeing the original label. Definitely being done on purpose.

Used condition for a few years now,good quality stuff-quick delivery times,I had a recent problem with an order,emailed-got a reply within 10 minutes and issue was resolved,thanks to Rachel in customer service for helping

Had a good experience with the customer service after one of the tops I bought my partner became faulty.
Fiona sent a replacement top out after I sent her evidence of it being faulty.

I bought the everyday shorts, when they were delivered I had freyimg edges on the seems which i have reported to company, now two weeks in i have a zip come off - do not believe the hype these are low grade shorts, quality is not great, I am super disappointed and when i wrote a review through the company channel they offered a 10% discount on the bext purchase - JOKE oh and my inital email was ignored

Great aero shorts.. great service. Only suggestion would be making the shorts a tiny bit shorter. They are longer than 5in shorts from other brands. But lovely stuff non the less

Great clothing and company. Clothes are well packaged and are very high quality. Some things slightly more tight/ fitted but unreal when you get it right!

Beware of this website with items showing in stock but not available. I purchased a set top and shorts and had to chase for an update 3 days after placing order. Transpires the shorts aren’t in stock. Frustrating that I had to chase this up.

Haven't sent my order, shorts out of stock so have just kept my money and absolutely zero customer service

Very high quality products. My absolute go to for a great fitting t-shirt that is incredibly comfortable, two Softlux t-shirts and a hoodie and will be adding to this in the near future. You will not regret this purchase.
