Love em! Great style and quality.

I've been using these mills for a couple of weeks now, the design and components are spot on metal grind for the pepper and ceramic for the salt. There are many cheaper versions available that don't last so I'm hoping the price paid for these turns out to be value for money. You can always expect to pay more for a Quality Item.

My Richmond salt grinder just stopped working. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours a replacement was being shipped to me under their lifetime guarantee. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I bought a salt and pepper pot some years ago and recently the pepper pot bar broke off. Cole and Mason have promptly and efficiently replaced without issue. Helpful and polite staff.

I had an issue with the Pepper grinder mechanism. Upon my dismantling it, I found a small part that had broken. I duly sent a few images of the faulty part to the company, and not only did that agree to replace it, it's also covered under a lifetime guarantee which I hadn't realised the grinder had. So, I'm very happy, thank you.

I contacted Cole and Mason following an issue with one of their products. I received a prompt and efficient response with a new product being sent directly to me. I have several of their products so it was unusual to have an issue, but when one did occur, I felt valued as a customer by the response , thank you Cole and Mason.

Great process, fast delivery and beautiful product

I was very happy with my salt and pepper grinders. They were still working well after about 5 years. Unfortunately the pepper pot had become dusty with pepper dust within the compartment. I couldn’t find any way of cleaning it. I contacted the company. They replied very quickly and the end result was a new pepper pot.
Very helpful and quick response. I am very grateful.

What an amazing company Cole & Mason is and such a breath of fresh air in todays world. Absolutely world class customer service, delivered efficiently, with clarity and promptly.

And on top of this amazing products that last forever…. unless one of your family drops one onto a hard tiled floor!

Ten years ago I inherited two sets of (what I now know are model 505) salt and pepper mills from my mother who herself had owned and used them regularly for over 50 years - and they still worked perfectly! We loved them and always had them on our table in two lovely Royal Worcester small dishes.

Then my son dropped one and the acrylic base ‘glazed’ badly so I purchased what I thought was a replacement. Lovely product, but it was a different size - my mistake. So I contacted Cole & Mason (thinking that our product was a discontinued model) and asked ‘on the off chance’ if they had any of my mothers model in ‘old stock’. Photos were attached!

An immediate reply from the amazing Pheobe simply stated ‘no problem’ and that they had sent me a replacement set FOC.

I am truly so grateful as this means so much to my family and I will be telling everyone I can what an amazing old established British company this is that we should all be so proud of. The customer service is exceptional, but the products themselves are of such high quality. Thank you, you have been amazing!

Excellent customer service, beyond my expectation. Problem with pepper mill 18 months after purchase. Not able to alter grain size due to fault plastic but. Requested replacement but - received new pepper mill within days. Overwhelmed!

Very prompt reply and follow up to my query regarding my salt mill where the metal parts had corrosion on them and the adjuster knob had fallen off. Very pleased that, with the life guarantee, they replaced it. Was delighted.

Lifetime product warranty excellent. Unfortunately product was discontinued, so replacement accepted. Works perfectly, but I miss the experience of the old product.
