My new Cole &Mason salt mill had a corroded/faulty grinder and I rang for advice. They replied that the fault was mechanical and that I could have a replacement under the Lifetime guarantee. The replacement one arrived today and it looks fine. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful. The Customer Service has been excellent and my issue resolved promptly. Thank you

Excellent service and great products

Good service is rare these days, but Cole & Mason went above and beyond good service and responded very quickly to my concerns. Communication was fast, efficient, but friendly and I felt like a valued customer.
My item could not be replaced, but I was offered a very generous gift voucher, which I used to make another Cole & Mason purchase. This was beautifully packaged and arrive very quickly. I cannot think of the last time I received such good service and heartily recommend Cole & Mason products.

I had an issue with the grinder rusting on a salt mill I purchased and Cole and Mason sent me a voucher to spend at Cole and Mason as they no longer sold the set I bought. There were no issues whatsoever. Great customer service.

Amazing company with integrity. My pepper mill, that was the best I ever used, broke. I contacted the company because it had a lifetime warranty. On providing description and photos I was immediately given a voucher for replacement. I am thrilled, it is so rare for a successful business to act honourably like this.

Response to my enquiry was handled promptly and efficiently resulting in a voucher to cover the cost of replacing the broken mill set. Sadly because the amount was below the delivery threshold I still had to pay for the replacement to be delivered.

Salt grinder was leaking and it’s the second one!

The way your firm responded to my question was nothing short of amazing! My late wife and I bought a basic wooden salt and pepper set at least 20 years ago and for some reason, the salt grinder stopped working, I telephoned with the intention of obtaining a replacement internal fitting. To my complete surprise and astonishment I was advised that the set we had was no longer in production and so was offered £25.00 as a contribution towards a replacement.

I had an issue with my oil and vinegar pourer. The item is being replaced under guarantee. Very good and responsive customer services.

I contracted C&M requesting a replacement spindle for our salt mill and they responded by replacing the whole thing under their lifetime guarantee. It arrived six days after my initial contact with them.

Great customer service. We had an issue with a pepper mill set. We had the option of a voucher to purchase a new set. Not many companies offer that level of service.

The experience of actually purchasing items on line was absolutely fine, although I wanted a salt and pepper gift set, which unfortunately was unavailable. I decided to purchase the items separately. They were delivered within a few days, but it was the way they were packaged!!! The box was battered and torn (not their fault), but the two items were not in any kind of presentation box inside - they were in two separate clear plastic bags!! As I said, they were a gift, so I was a little disappointed!!
