Having read the reviews here i was sceptical about using this company especially as i had ordered an expensive item. Fair play though, the order arrived more or less as promised and i am delighted with the product. Would use again. Well done.

I made an order on the 2nd January. I bought Fendi sunglasses (after reading reviews on here, they might be fakes) for my holiday. I’m travelling on Saturday and it looks very unlikely I’ll get my order delivered before then.
According to updates on my order from their website, stock was received on the same day. But only dispatched on the 18th, that is 16 days later.
I have checked with Hermes courier company and they haven’t received my order.
I would like to know where exactly is my order?!
This is not my first time ordering from Cocosa.
I guess it takes just 1 bad experience.
I doubt I’ll be ordering again.

Update:
After my initial complaint, the Cocosa team got in touch.
They offered to resend the package as the first got lost.
I opted for a full refund which was processed and I had the money in my account within 5 working days.

Their prompt response and professional way they dealt with my case has reassured me and I will continue shopping with them. They haven’t lost me as a customer!

I ordered a Parker rollerball pen. ETA 27 December. 23 January a Waterman fountain pen in a Oarker box arrived. Random mistake? Or hoping I’d not notice??

Ordered fragrances on December 4th - delivery was stated at the latest 23rd, so whilst tight for Christmas, I thought I would be fine. Nothing ever arrived, no real explanation when I used their contact pages to enquire whys- in fact they copied and pasted replies even although my questions were different! On January 20th - yes almost 7 weeks after I placed the order - I was refunded with no explanation. Did they ever have these fragrances? They did state on my orders page that they were in the warehouse waiting to be packed... what happened then Cocosa? I wonder if they ever did have them. A disgraceful way to operate. Never again.

Very pleased with the customer service. I ordered two items, one which arrived quickly and the other was delayed as they were waiting on stock from the supplier. After 2 weeks, I contacted them to query where the item was. I received a very quick response and as they couldn't guarantee when they would receive stock they were happy to arrange a refund.

Awful, truly awful. Ordered a coat for my wife on 28th December. Payment was taken and a delivery date of between 8th and 10th of January was given. Still no coat. I am also unable to log in to my account and the website will not send me an email to reset my account details. I have tried numerous times and I get no response. I have tried to contact you on twitter too but no response. I have no order/invoice number as nothing has been emailed to me, I have searched all my email folders and nothing from cocosa has been received by me. Unless I am contacted in the next 24 hours I will be speaking to my bank for return of payment and also reporting you (cocosa) for fraud. Trading standards will also be informed.

Awful service...If I could rate zero stars,I would! Ordered a coat 1st January and requested no spam.After checking my spam I have had several emails daily from them about their sales!Waited 'patiently' more than 10 business days only to find full payment was debited from my credit card 2nd January and no goods.The order does not show on my account with them either.I messaged them stating this only to receive a message saying add my payment details so payment can be taken! Clearly, the person responding does not understand English or just chose to ignore my complaint.I am fuming, £59 down and missed out on the coat I needed when it was available in the genuine Trespass shop for a bit more.Too good a deal was obviously a scam.Oh and checked my spam.I am reporting as fraud to credit card company and shall be contacting trading standards ***update 19th Jan****The order has appeared online now, but still no response or emails from them. My 2 previous messages to them have also disappeared off their system(glad I copied them on a screenshot as proof) I have sent this today....will see what happens as I note they don't seem to respond to many negative reviews on here!" I logged 2 complaints regarding the order not showing on your system with no updates on the proposed delivery of 14th January 2019.Magically after I posted my review on Trustpilot the order record has now appeared on your system, but still with no idea of when the stock will be available .I have since purchased the item elsewhere due to the poor service and lack of comprehensive communication.I therefore expect a response and refund confirmation within 24 hours.thank you.I have logged a transaction query with my credit card company and reported the transaction as bogus"
Response....I only used the link on the original email for the order, so would not have known about the duplicate accounts.Still doesn't explain the lack of service and updates asking incorrect information either?

I will never use Cocosa again, have used them a lot over the years and have always forgiven the mishaps. The persistent problems are not worth it. It is truly a hit and miss and I am still waiting for a refund for ugg boots that I paid for on 15 December.

Really don’t understand the low reviews for Cocosa, if people were a little more patient and waited for their orders rather than complaining about everything...

I picked up two pairs of jeans for an astonishing price, it seemed to good to be true even due to their brand and how high priced they were on the brands website. Order went through with no issues so did payment. Shipping does take quite long which is the only downfall but it took around 3 weeks to get to my house. Items were packaged nicely no damage to the products whatsoever and no problems with delivery. Product is authentic as I scanned the barcodes on the product and it took me to the manufacturers website.

Overall very nice experience and I’m very pleased with Cocosa. Would order again.

Order loads before. But ordered at Xmas a puma top and trainers. The top came and no trainers. Saying delivered but not. I've emailed 4 times to be ignored no contact details. Unreal serive provided I won't be using again lost a very loyal customer and will be reporting as items never came. Yet again I've tried contacting yous today and still stating two items I ordered 1 parcel out. But saying puma trainers arrived. Shocking serice

A recent purchase I made has turned out to be a fake product. Their website clearly states their product is authentic at several points in the description, but on arrival my suspicions were aroused by the curiously worded "authenticity card".

On further investigation with the Brand themselves, they were able to confirm Cocosa were not an "authorised retailer" of their brand - which I expected and which Cocosa make clear - but they also confirmed that the authenticity card accompanying the product was not one of theirs.

When challenging Cocosa, their initial response was to request images of the product and the evidence I had gathered that it was not authentic - and they were, as you might imagine, very apologetic. Following up having reviewed the evidence, they then decided to treat my complaint as a standard return - requiring me to pay for the return of what they must by now accept is a fake product. They made no attempt to contest the authenticity of the item.

I have refused to return the product on the basis that I will now escalate the matter legally and asked them to provide a full refund including shipping for the fake product they have been selling. I will need the product as evidence in the case against them.

First placed an order mid October. Part of it arrived and part didn’t. After quite a few messages to them I only just got the refund 14/01. That’s 3 months later. Before I knew they were so bad at delivering the goods I made a 2nd order over a month ago that they are still saying “please give us more time to investigate” Pretty rubbish to be honest. I would not recommend this company. So unreliable. Should you not be used to this by now! Customer orders and pays... retailers deliver the goods

Once I read the reviews I was a little worried about placing an order with Cocosa, but I must say it was worth every penny! I love my dress, it is beautiful! 😻

hermes courier is the main problem of cocosa. the courier is not reliable and order get stolen by there staff at there depot. my order was in there depot and manifested for delivery that very day and courier did not receive the order for delivery. order is coming from australia to london and get lost at the depot.

Cocosa customer service asked me for my details so finally I thought I would be refunded. SURPRISE SURPRISE I’ve heard nothing. They are only paying lip service through Trust pilot. They are not doing anything. Buyers beware. Look at other reviews dreadful. Buy at TK Max their customer service is brilliant on line.

Terrible customer services. I placed my order on the 4th December and it’s not been shipped as of today. I’ve sent numerous messages on Messenger and on their site and no updates have been given, ust that they are investigating. The first response was that my order must have been “left out”. My order is a £155 bag which is my Christmas present off my partner. I’ve now requested a refund and been told I will receive it in 5 working days. I will go through PayPal if this isn’t the case. These recent reviews are terrible and will be the demise of this company unfortunately, as if I had read them first I would have never ordered off here. To be avoided in future. I am one very disappointed customer. Sort your customer services out!

Delivery times are terrible. 8 weeks and still not here. I have another order from 6 weeks ago that hasn't even been dispatched. Have ordered from them a few times and waiting a moth plus for delivery seems to be the norm.

I have ordered quite a few things from them, I have loved everything that I have got, excellent quality products, love my 3 new handbags, the clothing I ordered was lovely too, the only down fall is you have to wait for sales to end,which means delivery can take quite a while, on the whole a great place to shop, if you don't mind waiting for some of your products ,

Despite bean a customer and shop few times from them everything was fine until I wanted to return one order
Following their way of return items had to pay £4.50 and after that my nightmare started from 22 of November still waiting to be refunded they say they will refund but nothing I discover through this that they don’t have a customer phone line they take ages to reply to emails and it’s all lies
I contact collect plus parcel got lost not my fault they said that cocosa have to refund me in the meantime cocosa never contact them to claim for lost parcel very disappointed and upset I don’t have extr £68 pound to throw away they don’t refund me and I don’t know what to do
