Gave this company a substantial deposit for a motorhome after a week they told me the deposit had been paid into an internal account and they would refund the money back into my bank account, this was 3 weeks ago they won't answer the phone or answer my messages or emails the person I was dealing with was Kenneth Bradbury Bates. Stay away from this company.

In common with other reviewers, I have tried on numerous occasions to unsubscribe from Cocosa and STILL they continue to bombard me with several emails every day. They are a nightmare!

Unable to unsubscribe for months!!! Multiple emails per day. So frustrating.

I purchased once from Cocosa many years ago. They restarted a multiple email per day marketing campaign many months ago and I continue to receive spam emails from them. Their unsubscribe link on their website has been broken for months and they do not take the action they suggest they will to remove you from their mailing lists. Do not trust this company with your personal information.

I have made a formal complaint to the ICO about their non compliance with the to the legislation.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR EMAILS . YOU CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A LINK FOR IT.

I have no idea who this company is, nor how they got my email address but I get daily emails from them. I have repeatedly clicked unsubscribe, but it doesn't work.
They provide a link to click 'if you're having issues' unsubscribing which takes you to a form you are unable to edit without logging in (I never had an account.) or creating an account (I don't need more emails, thanks.) so it's impossible. I managed to speak to someone through the online chat, but I'm not hopeful that I will no longer get emails.

Cocosa and their parent company BrandAlley have been reported to the ico.org.uk that deal with aggressive spam mails on a legal level.

Cocosa intentionally make it impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list. The unsubscribe button does not work at all. They redirect you to the brandalley email site, encouraging communication if unsubscribing fails. This an aggressive and dishonest business practice as they are simply trying to create a lead. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to even speak to someone as they have automated messages that just send you offers when trying to unsubscribe.

Shameful company. Shouldnt be allowed to operate in such a way. Deserve a hefty fine.

Don’t ever buy from them. They send 2-3 marketing emails everyday and impossible to unsubscribe.

I shopped with Cocosa for 3 years always spread the cost with my pay had the odd
fragrance gift sets damaged or even items missing from cellophane sealed gifts but always sent quick to respond to my email and usually sending me replacement and telling me not to bother sending damaged ones back (of course they had screen shots of damaged goods) ,stopped my account early this year 2019 when they joined forces with the other company so glad I got out when I did after reading these reviews .

I have asked several times to unsubscribe from cocosa’s marketing emails. But I continue to be bombarded (daily) with them. I have followed the unsubscribe link and been in contact directly. I want my details removed from their system.

I made the mistake of ordering from Cocosa a few months ago. I bought a few things with Ourpay which seemed fine. I sent most of the stuff back but they have been taking money out of my account since May. Over £260 has gone to them. Unfortunately I have only spotted it when I was looking through my bank statements. I have instructed my bank to put a stop on them and Cocosa Lifestyle Ltd. They are a bunch of crooks. It’s impossible to try and contact them, and of course I have no order numbers because the orders were placed before May 9th.I have left messages with Brandalley to see if they can help, so far no luck. At least by posting this and they see it, they will know that they will not get another penny from me!

Order 29270177. I have been waiting since 25/05/2019 when I received an email to say my item was on its way. Still nothing and when I try to contact Cocosa and log in to what is Brand Alley they day I have no orders with them. They are still taking money for the item as I was paying in instalments not in six days it will be a month from the last email. It’s impossible to contact them.

I have been a customer of Cocosa for a number of years and since it merged with Brandalley my orders are missing. In fact I have a number of orders missing since March. I have contacted Cocosa on several occasions to no response.
My orders 28897726; 28907865; 289231783 have never been received neither refunds completed. Cocosa is ignoring my emails.
I want full refund and postage to be refunded ASAP.
I will be looking through legal actions re: this matter. I agree in full - it is a fraud and appalling customer service. I have read a few reviews and can clearly see it is thousands of customers were robbed of their hard earned cash.

Utterly appalled and frustrated!! Placed an order, that was to be a birthday present, with Cocosa and paid on 04/05/19, order supposedly would be with me 16-19/05. Email from Cocosa stating they were merging with Brandalley but not to worry as my order would still be fulfilled. Fast forward to 18/05, contacted the cocosa customer email to enquire where the order was-they replied on 20/05 & informed me stock due soon.
Sent them another email on 30/05 as nothing had been received-received a reply stating unforeseen delays and no idea when they would be getting stock, offered a refund. As the order was for a birthday present I requested the refund as I would now have to purchase another present from elsewhere. Another reply saying refund had been made & to allow UP TO 5 working days.
6th working day came and guess what. No refund. Another THREE emails sent all of which have been ignored. Where the hell is my money????Bunch of liars, do not trust a word they say.

They claim they ‘tried’ to refund me via paypal but it was unsuccessful... utter rubbish-nothing has changed with my paypal account. They’ve asked for my full bank details. Nope, not happening- I have no idea who any of you are and only a fool would send such information via email!
It is now in the hands of paypal resolution for them to get my money back from you fraudsters!

Finally got my mind eh back through Paypal dispute. A complete ball ache from start to finish dealing with these wasters, thank his for Paypal

I will not reveal my order amount but it was 5 figures so a ridiculous amount of money, they uploaded thousands of new items, sold it all to unsuspecting customers like myself then closed the website down hence why you are redirected to the brand-alley website, I ordered at the end of April and was given what I can only assume is a dud tracking number, the box has been in the hermes warehouse since 2nd May, i dont believe this parcel had my name on it and it was purposely falsified tracking info to trick me into believing the order has been fulfilled. They replied to a couple emails saying they're investigating with hermes and it would take 2 days to conclude (2 weeks ago) they are now ignoring all emails (about 30 of them) and as you can see from the other reviews on this website, other people have got the same issues, I have submitted a chargeback claim with my bank and will be contacting action fraud and the police. None of the stock that was available on their website up until closure is on brandalley so clearly this stock never existed. I believe this has been committed all under the direction of Biju RAMAKRISHNAN the director of this company, who i will be taking to court personally over this blatant act of fraud against me and other customers, if i win my chargeback and he has closed their company accounts I believe lloyds will be taking him to court, i have passed on all info relating to this horror experience to my bank including correspondence and false tracking info I have been provided.

I have been waiting for a refund for approx £150 since April, they kept saying they would do the refund it, nothing... then it was going to be done as a manual refund ... Still nothing and no longer getting replies to my emails !!

Very disappointed and angry!
I ordered it on May 7th, so far my package hasn't arrived. I paid £52, and nothing happened.
I can't contact them, they don't answered my e-mails for 4 days. I don't know what to do now?!
I don't recommend it to anyone and I will never buy more!
Im so nervous!
