Definitely a great site to pick up a bargain if you’re smart. I would definitely recommend using PayPal, check anything disigner is the correct spelling and not similar. Be prepared to wait a couple of months for delivery, don’t expect boxes with jewellery, you can order these from other sites if a gift. Following these rules, I have had some amazing deals and have never been disappointed. 😊

Cocosa is my reliable online shopping. Quality is there on all products as they advertised. Price also fair.Delivery comes on that time what they promise.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, I have been a customer for 6 months now and do most of my shopping with Cocosa! As long as you accept that purchases are coming from around the globe and may take time to be delivered, then you can grab yourself some real bargains!

I have successfully returned goods for full refund and received a full refund for goods damaged in transit so can vouch for their good customer service.

I love shopping with Cocosa and can spend hours bargain hunting online, it’s quite addictive if you’re a shopaholic like me! :)

Have been a Cocosa shopper for 2yrs now & had no problems with either the quailty of the goods purchased or with the customer service(who are extremely helpful) i have purchased clothing, footwear, jewellery & beauty products from well known brands(sketchers, Adidas & Trespass) & tried products from brands less well known to me. I have been very happy with everything received. Just be aware that your goods won't be sent until the sale has ended so it may be a few weeks before you get your delivery

This is the third occasion i have placed an order with Cocosa. I think they provide great quality and value for money and would look on their website before Amazon. It does take a little longer to get here, but well worth the wait.

I am very happy with Cocosa’s customer service, they answer almost instantly and deal with any issue very quick. I received something completely different to what I ordered and they managed to solve the issue in a super speedy way, I’ve placed an order by mistake and asked for it to be reversed and it was done few minutes after I contacted them. I have been buying from Cocoas for almost two years and never had any disappointment with them.

I have ordered many items from this site; some items take a little time to arrive and if you place an order of many items they do arrive at different times and not all together!! But this does not bother me because of the great discounts I get.

With any issues I have had, they reply within a day, and refunds have been made very quickly!!

Ordered and paid £52.50 for an item. Did not get confirmation by email (or any other way either). Tried to contact this company globally without courtesy of a reply.
Eventually got in touch with member of Board who denied being part of the company and had to retriev my money through Paypal.
Don't use them !!!

Order number 27655668 designer sunglasses
I paid £109 for a pair of designer sunglasses. The order took around 4 weeks to arrive. The sunglasses are obviously fake and they have absolutely zero uv protection!!!! What a joke!! I needed good sunglasses as I work as a driving instructor and bought these as a treat for myself. I’m surprised this company have not been shut down. I didn’t send them back or ask for a refund as there was no way of contacting the company.

I have bought a wide variety of goods from cocosa for a very long time now and I have always been more than happy with every shopping experience. Top products, beautifully wrapped and an all round excellent service and site that I love to visit

Alas, I am glad to report that I have finally received a refund from Cocosa.

Although I had some grievance with a parcel not being delivered that was the fault of the courier. I cannot fault the service and have been a long term user of this site.

This is the second time we've had to complain on here. Following our first review cocosa responded asking for information, which we supplied, then nothing! Claiming through our bank now. Ordered in December, no way of contacting them, can't access the site to see what's happening as it doesn't accept the registered email. Appalling company would never use again.

My honest review of Cocosa is that if your willing to wait( esp if its gifts your ordering) then place your order well before you act need it. I've never had a bad shopping experience with the company and anytime I've contacted their customer service dept(via the contact us section in my account) I've had a reply within 24hrs or less. Yes you have to wait a bit longer for your order but considering most of it is shipped from either Australia or the States and there's always an est delivery date when you look at each item and taking into account that you can place orders from numerous sales all from diff countries with 1 flat rate of £5 for your entire order I can't see anything to grumble about! I've yet to have a problem and have used the site continuously for some time now and have saved a small fortune into the bargain.
My experience of the customer service dept is first class compared to some others I'll refrain from mentioning.
