Amazing site , one of my favourite. Had a trouble few times with delivery and etc but costumer service responding a;ways very quick and very professional ,solving problems ASAP. i can say i kind of addicted to cocosa now :)

Takes a little longer to get your order but if you’re not in a hurry it’s a great way to get good quality at a lower cost.

Love the variety but have had to cancel a few orders as always awaiting stock and arriving 10 days or more after delivery expected. Some of the quality it's shockingly poor though and the sizing is way off even when reviewing the sizing charts for individual items. Also disappointed that when buying brand luxury goods no box or dustbag and just squeezed into random envelopes

No improvement from the last shopping experience.I didn't receive my orders and after numerous complaints and a long wait for a reply, I got a voucher, which just about covered the shipping costs.
the vouchers is valid for 10 days only, but also when I tried to use it, it wasn't valid due to technical issues. trying to contact them, there was no reply even after the 48 hours customers service period.
I actually think this company is spam and needs to be reported to the Action Fraud Police.

I enjoy buying off cocosa but it's a hit or miss if your purchases get to the delivery stage, I've had to cancel through this but I have received a refund for the goods.

I really like cocosa, bought several items like candles, scarfs, shoes, from them. Packaging is really nice. Also discounts are amazing. On few occasions i needed to contact them about my deliveries , they responded quickly and sorted everything. If sale didn't happened for one or other reason they returned money. So it is worth to browse and buy something nice from Cocosa.

how long I have to wait for the reasonable answer? Last Saturday I received a text on my mobile that my order was delivered, at that time nobody was at my flat. I came home after a few hours , can't find my order . I checked entrance to the building, letterbox, areas on my floor. The previous orders all the time I was finding somewhere in the building, never delivered directly to my hands.
After a few reminders sent to Cocosa's customer service, I receive a response that it could be delivered to the next building, which is a pub. I'm leaving in the apartment building on the 4th floor and I'm not going to check all the 30 flats. Also, they sent me proof of delivery, somebody in the signature section put my first name, I never use such a signature. The whole service is just a joke, please arrange a refund on my credit card and I will never use your service again.

Never had big problems with Cocosa, ordered a lot of shoes from them, only once sent a pair back, no problems with returns. I am happy with all the purchases from them . Yes, you must wait sometimes a bit longer, but it is worth trying. Thank you !

I've used Cocosa for numerous orders over the last year or so and I've always been happy with my purchases.
Sometimes items can take a long time to arrive as they can sometimes be dispatched from Australia. Every item I have received so far has been genuine and as described.

Awful!!! For the second time in a row they have refunded me due to being "our of stock" but this time they didn't inform me, and they are still selling the item!
This was due for delivery tomorrow for an anniversary gift, yet I find out today, by tracking the delivery, that it isn't arriving.
Like a lot of people, I am in work now & have no way of getting a replacement gift!
They have said they don't have it in stock, yet I have just added it to my cart. It is no longer on sale, but that's not my problem.
I wouldn't deal with these again!!

Dreadful, bought as a guest but goods not arrived. Can't track without membership. Sent message to the contacts field, came back saying I need to view it by putting in my membership details. So unless you sign up you can't find out what has happened to your order. Not impressed at all

I'm not on Facebook. On my orders it's no longer there.. the only thing I have is a delivery date, hence why I need to speak to someone. 4th time of asking and please respond yes or no... DO YOU HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER

I bought 5 perfumes from Cocosa, three of them 100ml each and two of them 50ml each, I received a text message from their courier confirming delivery which never happened. When I contacted HERMES, the courier they used, and Cocosa they both said to me that the item was delivered through the letterbox!!!! 5 perfumes through the letterbox, how ridiculous and infuriating is that!! My order number is 28631137.
The most upsetting thing is, they do not have phone numbers to contact them, which could even be easier for everyone to resolve the issue.
