I love Cocosa. I have been buying from them since 2015. Excellent customer service. Great products though sometimes expensive. I once ordered perfumes and one bottle was half full. I contacted them and they refunded me and even asked me to keep the half. I give them 5*.

I am thrilled with the items I received from Cocosa. Have ordered from them twice and, on both occasions, I have been really pleased with my purchases. They have also arrived within the timescale stated. Definitely will order from them again.

Cocosa, you several times wrote here that my account is active, but please do not tell lies for community! I have tried 3 times to log in with reseted password and all the times it comes with the same message - "CONTACT US TO ACTIVE YOUR ACCOUNT". So I contact you through Trust pilot because through email you do not react at all. Please activate my account and write me phone number where I could call and talk about your terrible customer service in solving important issues.

Do NOT purchase from this company.

I used their “ourpay” system.i then got an email stating that an item was out of stock. I contacted them to ask them to adjust the repayment amount to reflect the out of stock item in numerous occasions. They did not do it and I was charged for the item I did not receive!!

I sent constant emails about this and apparently my complaint was sent to an internal team to investigate?

I am still waiting for my refund a MONTH later.

I looked up their complaints policy and on trading this asked 4 times for a complaints manager to call me. I am still waiting for the call too!!

Due to this I have had to raise a dispute with Barclaycard to recover my money.

I will once I have my refund NEVER purchase from this company again and close my account.

Appalling company, steer well clear!!!!

I peaches 5 items from COCOSA on 17th February 2019 and it suppose delivered between 08th to 13th of February 2019.
and still haven't received any of my 5 order yet and two months now i contacted them many times poor response they're waiting for the supplier to update the delivery date no date this is my order with COCOSA and i Will not recommend any Body to shop with them.

When I first joined Cocoas I got some really great purchases. Over the last year I’ve had a number of issues.
Two orders for Vivienne Westwood I was sent the wrong item and they were poor quality.
Nike sport wears - I asked for a refund for a few items, which was given after much hassle. The Nike sports bra I’ve worn a few times has completely come undone on one side, so had to be thrown away.
Very recently I ordered 2 perfumes. I decided to pay on ourpay. They took out two payments, despatched the item on the 4th April. I then received a email saying they have refunded me the money as they don’t have the stock!! Oh and the money isn’t even showing up in my bank account?!?
Very poor service and a now deleted account. I won’t be using them again. SecretSales is far better for quality items and fantastic customer service 👍

I like the items they have for sale, however I have had a few issues. One of my orders was never dispatched and when I asked where it was they were still awaiting stock 6 weeks later! I received a refund and ordered from another sale on 19th feb, I am still waiting for the item even though stock has arrived!! I also ordered a handbag and the next day they cancelled the order, very disappointed sometimes, other times really good!

I love shopping with Cocosa and have NEVER had any problems. I have had to contact them I've but they responded immediately by email. I love the Outlay option and I love the products. I have had jewellery, makeup, watches, skincare and clothing and all have been excellent.

I love shopping with Cocosa...in fact I have shopped only with them for nearly 10 year HOWEVER there are a lot delivery issues. Cocosa use Hermes and they are the worst couriers.
I have had so many orders 'stolen', Hermes deliveries are predictable..if i order a simple dress it turns up if i order a set of headphones, they would never turn up.
I have a long list of designer sunglasses and electrical goods that have disappeared.

Ordered a watch on the 5th march, estimated delivery 17th -20th march. Still awaiting! It states cocosa are still waiting for arrival on the 11th march! Its now the 3rd April still no sign as above cocosa are still waiting for arrival of watch before dispatching to customer.. Nearly a month ago cocosa..

They do not communicate with the he customers, no phone to contact them,someone bough a iPhone from my account and changed the delivery address and the name,no question asked...

I have shopped at cocosa for a few years now and as long as you dont need items quick as delivery time can be long. I like ourpay. I have been happy with everything I have bought also the people I have bought presses for they like the items as well. Like I said the down side is the delivery time.Some times I have waited then find out the item is out stock which I am never happy with.

I have placed an order ,and the postal address is wrong. I can't find any where on your website or app to cancel this order . It was placed less than an hour ago. Pls help as the address is my old address and I don't have access to it anymore. My order no is 28927721.

I made an order on 09/03/2019, two items, they told me it would be delivered between 21/03/2019 and 24/03/2019, the delivery date has now passed, I have sent them message on their contact me page, all three messages no reply, what kind of people are these people? They’ve taken my money, there’s no customer service number to call them on, it’s such a shame that this could be happening in the uk, all effort to get in touch with them has proved useless. I need my money. Don’t think I would ever buy from cocosa again, ever.

Can cocosa please refund me my money? As I don’t think I want to proceed with the purchase again, I’ve been advised on their app to cancel the order and request a refund of my money, which they would effect immediately. To this end I would like to cancel this orders.
