Cocosa Arvostelua 

I have been waiting for my refund since 19/5/19, Cocosa’s excuse is that my PayPal is not accepting the refund. Even though, there is nothing wrong with my PayPal, I have not change my card on anything.

Order still outstanding since 6/5/19, been contacting customer service and Brand Alley since merging can't seem to get an answer as to where items are. got sent an email stating my items had been dispatched from another company that I've never heard of, on the 20/5/19 but have not received items. I have now requested a refund, as I have no faith in the company, or item ever arriving.wish me luck

I have unsubscribed three times over the past week. I am still getting daily email from cocosa.co.uk Do not give the your email address you will be stuck with their junk mail forever.

Cocosa has changed without notifying this in advance, I am a customer of many years ago and have never had any problem about this. But now I can not see my old orders, there is no information about the previous payments, where are my addresses?, they even tell me that , in order to change the payment method I need to make a purchase ¿ really? , my payment history is lost and what happened with ourpay How can I see what I still have to pay and how I can to pay ? has this also disappeared? I have also paid in advance 4 shipments, and now I have to pay 5 pounds for the delivery if I want to buy something? this is a joke ? I will definitely not buy again here.

So bad that Cocosa had no respect for their loyal customers that you all made changes without a single notification to your customer. I have gone to your new switched site but don’t have access to my £18 your took from my account on your payment system to get my free deliveries. Please how do I get my refunds?

To whom it may concern at cocosa, please I’ve make an order now over three weeks and have received my order a confirmation when sent to me that the courier company will be in contact with me with the tracking but haven’t received any mail from either cocosa or any your courier partner which does give me any confidence in dealing with your company anymore because I order a designer glasses which is a small content but purchased with a large amount of money and need to track it so that I can know when it’ll be delivered to me for safety . Please I urge the customer service to contact me ASAP on this email provided .

How long i should wait for Cocosa to fulfill their obligations ?Still no refund and no communication.

I have been a customer of Cocosa for many years and have got some amazing designer goods. Unfortunately towards the end of last year 2 of the things I ordered were terrible designer copies which I returned. I am now awaiting 2 orders and have been redirected through brandally where I cant get access to my orders. I have tried the contact details for cocosa customer services and no one has even bothered to get in touch with me. Really appalling and very disappointed. Nicola Bryant

I am awaiting a refund from Cocosa and I have contacted them numerous times by email but have had no response.
I did contact Brand Alley today but they said there is nothing they can do.
This is very worrying, I received an email over a week ago acknowledging Cocosa had received my returned item and issued a refund but I haven’t received any money !!!
I don’t know where to go next?

I just received a Cocosa/Mysale order made 3 weeks ago. Very relieved indeed in light of recent events. I will miss this retailer greatly.

Further to my review yesterday, a response of sorts has been received with the usual "due course" statement. Sorry, but not good enough. Mergers don't just happen overnight so you had a duty to inform Cocosa customers, in a timely fashion, with outstanding orders to give them the option to cancel the order or proceed. I assume you will be processing refunds as a matter of urgency? For people who are unable to access their Cocosa account to check on their orders, even though our money has been taken, is completely unprofessional

I ordered from cocosa over five weeks ago, I had an email last week after I complained that my order still hadn't been shipped, they apologised and advised they are waiting for stock. I've now been trying to contact them for 5 days, with no reply.
I can't even see my order anymore as they have merged with brandalley. I've spoken to brandalley who advised that they would reply as soon as possible. I don't hold any hope that they will.
I've now put a claim in with visa debit disputes through my bank.

I have orders worth over £100 and I had to find out with an advertising email about the move. We all know cocosa is gone. Let us mobilise as to get refunded. I don't understand how brandalley will buy into a collapsing business and think its alright to steal people hard earned money. 14/05/19.received an email this morning from cocosa. Part of my orders had been dispatched and others waiting to be dispatched. Will be waiting... #15/05/19.i received part of my orders.. So there is progress.

After reading all these reviews and trying to contact Cocosa just now, I totally agree with all the feedback. I emailed the Cocosa Customer service address only to receive an email to tell me that I'd sent it to a 'no reply' address.I hadn't! This is the address noted on the new 'merged' website. Honestly, a VERY poor excuse for a company. DON'T ORDER THROUGH THEM.

Update For Your Reply: If you bother to read the emails I sent to the correct address you stated. You will see I had a 'noreply' email back. I then followed the link on the Brand Alley website, as I'm an intelligent person! Low & behold still no reply & Brand Alley have forwarded all the emails to you yesterday. I want to cancel my order as your customer service is still atrocious as you CLEARLY don't look at the emails BEFORE you reply on here. Also, I'm not the only customer having these problems with the new 'Merged' website.

Since the merge with brand alley I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO Contact cocosa instead brand alley gave me there email and contact them using this ,I have done on several occasions to no avail ,they have stolen money from me as no refund that I was waiting for has been issued plus I have received no goods for which I have paid for ,brand alley just keep fobbing me off ,this is a disgrace and I will be taking this further ,and I will never purchase from this or brand alleys unscrupulous site ever again,I have just spoken to brandalley and all they have been told to tell us is the same if before 9th May contact cocosa ,so in other words people can kiss goodbye to there orders or any refunds they are owed ,it’s an absolute disgrace brand alley should be ashamed of themselves ,they know were not going to get a reply from cocosa ,so for anyone who is still payingfor stuff I would cancel all payments with cocosa today

I ordered a dress from cocosa for over a month now and have not received it,please can you tell me what's happening to my order as cocosa have merged with another company that has no clue about my order.

I'm really disappointed by the way Cocosa has handled their merge with BrandAlley leaving customers in limbo, I can't access my account with cocosa to know the status of my pending items. I have written to them twice no response and BrandAlley on the other hand could not be of any help. If cocosa team are reading this, I need an explanation ASAP!

I ordered a set of towels from cocosa to the value of £20 during the first week in April to which I have not yet received. As it's passed the due date I have attempted to contact cocosa over a week ago to cancel and to receive a refund. I am angry that cocosa have failed to notify me that they now are under the name Brandalley. Because of this change I cannot find my order number on their new Brandalley page. It states below leave your order number so that they can identify you as a customer, how can I as the order number is not on their new Brandalley page. Thankfully I have proof of payment so I'm hoping that they will refund me ASAP.
