Do not buy tickets from this company bought tickets for stone valley midlands festival festival did not go a head and cm.com will not refund anyone the money please please avoid

some JouwWeb B.V. company that i don't know took money from my bank account via direct debit. I tried to contact cm.com about it, but the phone number they gave doesn't lead to any conversation with any human, just some message in dutch & the phone call stops. There is a page on their website where u can fill in your IBAN number and transaction number to get infos, but that doesn't work either. It seems like CM.com is the number one payment service for scammers !

This company took money for tickets to a festival that was cancelled . As they took money from me as far as I am concerned my contract is with them as they took my money in the first instance . They are now contesting bank temporary refunds , claiming we should be going through the organisers . I will never use this company again , please be careful if you have purchased tickets from them as if the event is cancelled or something goes wrong you will not be re-embursed

Ik had een annuleringsverzekering afgesloten voor een aantal tickets. Toen ik die wilde inzetten heeft cm tickets dat zo moeilijk mogelijk gemaakt. Toen ik eenmaal alles had aangeleverd wat ze wilde (zelfs medische gegevens) stopte ze met antwoord geven...

Never advised about cancellation insurance ,took our money and passed it on ,now saying not their problem,avoid buying tickets from this platform ,multi million pound company ,zero empathy

I bought tickets through them, and the tour was not provided, and when I contact customer support, all I had was a bot to talk to. Total scam, DO NOT buy from them!

We zijn met CM.com zaken moeten gaan doen omdat een ander software pakket van ons hiermee samen werkt. Enkele dagen te laat met het opzeggen van het contract, ( dat in het Engels is ) 6 maanden opzegtermijn!! en gewoon een jaar door facturen terwijl er geen diensten meer worden afgenomen. Triest als beurgenoteerde onderneming om dit te willen en zo je geld te verdienen. Je hebt altijd een keuze....

Terrible service and a scam I’ve tried every possible means to contact this company about my tickets I spent £250 on two tickets it’s it’s 4 days from the even they still haven’t arrived, there isn’t a telephone number to call and speak to anyone, there are only select few options on the chat bot with nothing about ticket delivery they just keep sending me the confirmation email of my purchase, you can’t cancel and refund they don’t deal with that. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with avoid at all costs before purchasing anything from this company

CM Tickets told us to wait until two days before the event to receive them. Nothing arrived. When we contacted support, it was already “too late” to do anything. They only replied on the morning of the event saying our tickets had been cancelled, something we were never informed about, otherwise we had searched for an alternative. Zero accountability, poor communication, and no solution. Never again.

5 juni opgelicht door Cm ticketing Breda 900 euro van mijn credit card gehaald. Deden zich voor alszijnde abn amro.Aangifte gedaan. Mail van abn amro niet van echt te onderscheiden. Eerst bank benaderen voor u gaat reageren.

Stay clear!Bought tickets for an event. Event cancelled. CM.com on my bank statement therefore that’s who I purchased from. CM refuse to refund even though they have my money. The chat line they use just sends you round in circles. You can not talk to a human. They answered my first email with an automated reply but have ignored all my emails since.

Would give 0 if I could. They took money in 2024 for an event in 2025 which has now been cancelled. They say it's not down to them to refund monies. Please don't deal with them. Loads of people having the same problems.

Bought tickets for Stone Valley Festival North, it was a big mistake to roll the tickets over when the festival was cancelled last year, however as we have attended this festival since it began we did not give it a second thought. Big mistake cancelled again this year and now getting passed back and forth as no-one wants to refund my £454. The money was paid to CM.com so they should refund or at least a credit like skiddle.

I in good faith used the services of this company to purchase tickets for a festival. They were quick to take my money, plus their commission. However, when the festival was cancelled, they were equally quick to hide from their responsibility to refund me. My contract is with them, not the festival as it is they who took my money from my bank.

Hides behind T&Cs for not refunding money for a cancelled event. No option to buy insurance to cover such instances. Passes the buck to the organisers who in turn pass it back to CM.
