A well earned 5 star! Very quick response and the issue was resolved quicker than any place I have ordered before. I ordered the wrong ring size so I sent a email and they cancelled my original order and refunded me the money so I could place a new order with the correct ring size. Had a pair of glasses that a small piece broke off of. The quickly responded and sent me out a new pair. I have ordered from them many many times as always appreciate their great quality products and also appreciate that they stand by them when things don’t always pan out.

I ordered the Killswitch Engage ring from the UK, the order came exactly as they say within 5-8 days. It arrived on day 8 (not even 8 business days, just day 8) all taxes were already brokered by them so I had no extra charges and nothing to worry about. This was my first ever purchase and I can tell you the silver ring is solid, heavy and stunning quality. I am a lifelong jewellery consumer, I worked at a jewellery store too, and I would be fussy if it wasn’t the most amazing thing in the world. This is a beautiful piece worthy of its price. FYI they use DHL e-commerce which seems to not provide updates after a certain point, I did however contact DHL when I worried and I had an advisor contact me back very friendly, but I let her know all is ok! Clocks + Colours themselves also communicated with me several times being super nice, even on a Sunday, and even in early hours here in the UK, I don’t know how they do it but it’s hands down what my generation loves. Not to mention the package came with fun freebies and everything we all like to receive!!! All Hails!! Xx

I had only heard good things about C&C when I finally ordered expectations were already high. They blew those expectations out of the water. Shipping was fast and hassle free. The product which was the KnotXJJ Juliusson is beautiful and the knotwork is seamless and beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from C&C again.

Have bought quite a few items and never had a problem until the last one, where the box arrived empty (in hindsight I suspect the chain I ordered had been stolen in transit as it didn’t arrive in normal clocks and colours packaging etc).

Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful and everything was sorted and a replacement scheduled within a couple of hours, even though I emailed on a weekend. Couldn’t speak highly enough of their customer service and will continue to be a customer in the future!

Stupid me made an error on my 3rd purchase w/ Clocks&Colours. I opened a support ticket and was contacted by a real person in short time. This alone is awesome, considering all the large companies that use stupid AI that isn‘t helpful. I described my problem. The support agent asked me one question in return and afterwards solved my problem really generous, which saved me money and time. Not to mention that the rings are beautiful as aspected. Made a purchase of a ring that ended up not fitting properly because of MY error. They were very friendly & understanding (even though it was my fault) and returned my payment immediately after receiving the item back. NO hassle, NO problems. NO aditude !!! What could be better. Hello. I am old and faithful customer of Clocks & Colours. I still remember, the first time I lay my eyes on their web. Love at first sight. Really love their products. Design is rather unique, quality is impeccable (I have 20+ pieces and never, repeat, never, had any issue). Their customers service is raring to go for literally any question. If you seek for silver pieces of unique jewelry, look no more, C&C is the place. Not once I have worried about buying or delivery etc. They did everything to help me feel relaxed and to just enjoy shopping with them. Check them out, and thank me later.

I ordered a pair of Phantom X sunglasses for my son for Christmas. Order and delivery was seamless. My son loved the sunglasses but he noticed they were sitting slightly crooked. On close inspection he noticed a hairline crack on the bridge. We immediately contacted Clocks and Colours. Within hours they had processed the warranty and dispatched a replacement. Within 5 days of it being sent from USA, it arrived in Australia. The product is beautiful, the customer service is exceptional and my son is in love with his new sunglasses. Thank you Clocks and Colours! Highly recommend!

Great quality pieces, cool designs. Their customer support was very helpful, helping me proceed with an exchange for a different sized ring, with which I am very happy now.
One thing I didn't like is the shipping and exchange, which for the item prices could come with free express shipping, at least inside EU. The exchange took over a month for me (returned package the next day after arrival, inside EU) not sure how good other postal services work in other countries but it was atrocious. Either way, I'm happy with them and my purchase, I'd say they're very much worth (even more if there's a sale, as full prices seem a bit exaggerated). Cheers!

I have 6 rings, two bracelets, sunglasses, as well as scents from Clocks & Colours. Every engagement with customer support they have been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with responses. I recently returned a ring that was too big and they walked me through the process and made it as easy as possible. I can't say enough about how they run this company. Every item is made well enough to last generations, and it is even more impressive in person. I am a returning customer and have/will recommend with no reservations.

I tried out other brands as well but non of them reached nearly the product quality and design from clocks and colours.

I ordered a ring my husband wanted for a while. He is usually a size 8 in every other ring so that’s what I ordered but when this one came it, it was too small. It fit his pinky and not his ring finger. That said, the ring itself and the stone were gorgeous. I was nervous shopping for jewelry online but I reached out to CS hoping they could help because it’s not cheap and they immediately responded with helping me exchange the size. They sent me a pre paid label to return the other ring. It’s in the mail so hopefully they get it soon and the exchange will be processed. I’m not anticipating any hiccups but hopefully the size 9 fits my husband and the stone is just as lovely as the original.

I have a few rings from clocks and colours
And I love them till I had one of the stones Crack and fall out and they had recently discontinued that ring. So I chose another one that I liked. It wasn't really what I was looking for, don't get me wrong it was a sick ring I just wanted something that suit me more so I asked them if they would exchange this one for another one that I know I liked more. They are staying true to it and the exchange is in motion. Now I'm just waiting for Mt new ring. Great quality no complaints and great customer service 👍

Purchased the Scorpion x Woven Chain - 50cm from C&C. Loved the chain, very thick, high quality, well built and great clasp!...only issue is it was shorter than I expected (not their issue). Contacted customer service and initiated an exchange for the 60cm...they made the exchange very easy (although it took several weeks). Outstanding product, great company...I'll definielty buy from them again!
