Clocks and Colours Arvostelua 

I’ve been buying from C&C for a while now and have honestly never had any issues. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries I have and they are alway resolved promptly.
The quality of their products are stellar and honestly feel that the photos don’t do them justice. If anyone is looking for any jewelry eithe by online sales or their storefront, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve bought a couple rings from this company, both are high quality. I recently had to return a piece and when the return process wasn’t working, the company was very quick to respond to my emails and help.

I made a mistake on my order, and the issue was quickly and professionally handled. Top notch service that’s worth every dollar.

I made my first purchase on C&C alittle over a year ago when I was looking for a pendant, I've made multiple orders since for my self or gifts . Shipping has always been fast , a couple of the items I got did not fit right, using the return / exchange system for the correct size was very user friendly and easy. The few times I've needed to contact support directly has been fast and helpful .
For silver C&C is the only company I've used the last 12 months , not for lack of looking elsewhere but for that style of silver jewelry there really is not anywhere that I've seen that does it better right now .

By far the best company that I have bought from. Everything that I have bought from C&C has been amazing. They have the best customer support I’ve ever dealt with. They’re quick to respond and quick to resolve problems. I made a mess out of some orders and they fixed it no problem. Finding good customer service is about impossible to find nowadays so I very much appreciate C&C and their generosity.

"CLASSYBADASSERY" is the word I use to describe Clocks & Colours. I have several rings, chains and pendants from them and while all of the merchandise is wicked quality so is their service. I had a delivery issue that was the fault of Canada Post dropping the ball (not Clocks & Colours) and within an email asking about resending my item I was contacted by their customer service then personally by 2 other actual people offering to help fix whatever had happened. They literally all jump up to help immediately..... who the hell does that anymore?? Lots of copycat places to get other way less cool jewlery of who knows what quality.... Just get eveything you want from Clocks & Colours and be wicked impressed. Mic drop.

I have bought 2 necklace 2 rings & 1 bracelet. All of them immaculate quality and design.

Their support team that I had to contact in order to exchange size on the rings is extremely helpful and understanding. They replied immediately to my emails and were very professional.

Didn't think twice when I saw the Lamb of God collab was back and ordered one of the rings. I misspelled my e-mail address on my order, so I reached out to their support team and my issue was solved within minutes. Just got the ring today and it's absolutely perfect. Amazing experience overall and I'll definitely continue buying from them.

Made a purchase on some sunglasses. However I read the index 1.59 as the polarized type instead of prescription.
When the email came through on the type of prescription request. I realized that I had made a mistake on the purchase.
C&C was on it immediately and processed a refund on my request.
It came back through the following day with no issues.
Very prompt and helpful customer service.
Will most definitely continue to shop.

I’ve purchased countless items from this online store. From everyday carry stuff to truly amazing rings, bracelets and pendants…not once have I ever been disappointed by the quality of their items nor by their shipment delays which are extraordinarily fast (not to mention their staff).

I’ve made several purchase recently with Clocks and Colours and had to deal with customer services (Ryan and Sloane) for some reasons and I must say those guys were awesome. Fast responses, personalized service, polite and caring. They took the time to understand my problematics. They were truly exceptional from start to finish. With Clocks and colours you get the vibe from from the start that they are an honest, no BS brand. Much like everyone else, I made a mistake with a payment option when I placed my order. After I sent my concern to the help email for C&C, i got a super quick response which lead to my resolution all within no more than 20min. Love these guys and I truly trust them and their team.

Be careful about surprise charges from Clocks and Colors that are not disclosed on their checkout page.

In addition to US customs charges of over $50 that were not mentioned anywhere, they also required that I take off work to be home to receive the package.

Both of these are significant issues that should have been disclosed on their checkout page BEFORE I ordered.

Customer service claims I should have checked out their “Help” section prior to ordering and I would have been able to find information about the customs charges there. Who is going to look at a help section prior to ordering or until they need help with something.

Secondly, even the help section wouldn’t have solved the problem of me having to choose between staying home from work to receive their package or driving half hour to pick it up at UPS.

Ordering from clocks and colors was easy. But the service after order was nothing short of a big hassle.

I have bought several pieces from Clocks and Colours. The craftsmanship and detail in their work is hands down the best I have seen. My boyfriend is very particular about what he wears and has never been disappointed with any piece I have purchased for him. There has been a handful of times I have had to reach out to customer service, they are always quick to respond to any questions I have or resolve any issues.

Customer service is legit phenomenal. Placed an order; however, my old address was still in their system as ship to. Wrote a quick email for help and they resolved it within like 5 minutes of the original order. Awesome produce, awesome support!
