Ce sont des voleurs !

Ce sont des voleurs. Le désabonnement est caché sur le site, il est vraiment très difficile de le trouver. Si vous avez la chance de le trouver c'est le parcours du combattant pour valider un désabonnement, ils ne veulent pas vous lâcher. J'en ai fait les frais, je constate au bout d'un an alors que je pensais etre désabonnée qu'ils me prélèvent tous les mois. Je n'ai consommé aucun service en 1 an, donc c'était cadeau pour l'entreprise. Ils se gardent bien de faire un email aux clients pour les alerter... ils ne vont pas se priver de Chiffre d'affaires si facilement empoché. Et sans surprise ils ne peuvent faire aucun remboursement ni aucun geste commercial. Et pour couronner le tout le seul contact possible avec le service client c'est un pauvre chat.... Je vous déconseille fortement l'expérience.

Can I give less than 1 star?

Wouldn’t bother at all.

I recently booked a hair appointment through ClassPass using 2 months worth of credits, and had to top up nearly £50 to secure it. The hairdresser cancelled almost immediately, and told me she’d actually been trying to leave ClassPass for a while - but they were making it really difficult for her to close her account.

Despite the cancellation being on their side, ClassPass refused to refund me, hiding behind their rigid “no refund” policy. Apparently, that still applies even when the service you paid for is no longer available.

To make things worse, I later found out that credits expire - so I ended up losing the money without ever using it.

When I contacted their customer service team, the person was extremely unhelpful and then closed the chat without even trying to resolve anything.

It’s like buying something from a shop, only for them to turn around and say, “Sorry, we don’t sell this anymore. No refund - and by the way, you’ve got 30 days to spend your money or we’ll just take it.”

Surely that can’t be right?

Either way, it comes across as a complete scam. I definitely wouldn’t book through them again, and I’m actively pushing for my company to cancel everyone’s membership.

Customer service rep Renelas was extremely helpful and professional, prompt in follow up and action. They were able to provide a mutually agreed solution. They were very empathetic, understanding and professional.

There was a discrepancy in trial date ending resulting in what I understand to be early billing, but they were able to provide reasonable compensation.

Disappointed

Hi, I need to raise a serious concern about my bookings.

So far, I’ve had 6–7 clients book through ClassPass, and not a single one has shown up for their appointment. This is becoming a major issue and is causing lost time and revenue.

I believe this is happening because:

I have no way to directly contact clients to confirm appointments

Clients are not required to complete intake forms before arriving

There are no strong reminders or accountability measures in place

Without the ability to communicate with clients or ensure they are properly prepared, it’s very difficult to run my business effectively on your platform.

At this point, I would really appreciate immediate support or guidance on how to reduce no-shows and better manage bookings, as this is not sustainable for my business.

I bought a gift card for 50 euros

I bought a gift card for 50 euros. When the recipient of the gift card tried to use it to buy a 59 euros subscription, the value of the card got charged plus he got charged the remaining amount. However he never received the app credits. What followed was multiple chats with a support team unable and unwilling to help. Both me and the gift card recipient had frustrating long conversations with support and they basically have no idea what happened and did not try much to solve it. The problem remains unsolved. What should have been a positive thing, sending a gift card to someone, became a source of stress and frustration for both of us. This is not acceptable when we are talking of a 50 euros gift card

Classpass stole me !

I was given a €50 gift card, which I used toward a subscription, paying an additional €9 myself.
I then spent over 50 minutes in chat with an agent named Faridah, and the experience was extremely poor. Not only did she fail to provide a solution, but she also abruptly ended the chat without any explanation.
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She even suggested that I process the payment again, which could have caused me to lose over €140.
Due to issues with their app and website not functioning properly, I have already lost €70.
I strongly advise others to avoid this service. There are much better alternatives available. Their app does not work reliably, and you risk losing your money. Be aware!

Edit/answer to classpass:

There's absolutely no need to advice me to contact your customer support. They are the ones unable to do their jobs ! This should be an escalation! Absolute joke.
