We were able to arrange a property viewing at short notice with Rhiannon who not only was knowledgeable of the property we were shown around but also proactively followed up our viewing the next day, which none of the other estate agents did, which lead us to making an offer that day which Rhiannon progressed and secured the sale also the same day. We have a Whatsapp group for all the leaseholders in the flats, this keeps us well connected and on top of things. We also have major work being carried out on our flats and our allocated member of staff is able to post updates to the whole group.

Exceptional. I could only view late in the day and wanted to view twice and Christina did not have an issue with this. They understood the stress of renting and moving and helped where they could.
