Cubitt & West Arvostelua

Alessandra was very kind & helpful, gave us all the information we needed and answered all the questions clearly, she was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional .
We have been very happy with the service. Thank you Alessandra!

Our agent Dolly at the Portsmouth branch has been fantastic with great communication and following up on our viewings. She is always pushing to help us find the right property and making contact as soon as something comes available that is within our criteria. Great service thank you

Zoey was lovely - very friendly and approachable, plus very knowledgeable and professional, would definitely recommend - such a lovely lady

Julie was simply amazing. She was one one who held together the whole process from offer til completion. When I needed to hear something from the vendor or solicitor, she was the one who came through every time with a cheerful and professional attitude.

Booked a viewing for a property with the agency for the first time. I had a confirmation text to ensure the viewing was definitely booked in. No one showed up for the viewing and no one called to let me know what was happening whilst i waited for 20 minutes outside the property. They then called and told me no one was able to do the viewing as they got stuck at a previous appointment. They then offered me a video of the property instead. I had to ask them if they would reschedule me, they did not offer to. Unfortunately not the best first impression of this agency.

Carl was very helpful in beginning the sale process

I want to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Waterlooville Cubitt & West for helping us to find our first home which we also hope to be our forever home. Every single person we spoke to, with special mention to Julie, Elliott, Lee & Saliha who were all fantastic at different stages of our journey. They have been incredibly friendly, supportive & proactive throughout and we really cannot thank them enough.

Vanessa has been a little gem always helpful she goes above and beyond at all times we would not be where we are without her!
Julie Bramble then took us to the next stage, her help and support has been perfect. Julie kept me up to date throughout our sale, which always made us feel better knowing what was going on.
Vanessa and Julie are a huge credit to their company.

During the process of applying for my property's selective licence, Rachel was extremely helpful - responsive to questions I had, communicative, and found all the documents need to apply. She made the process much more simple than it otherwise might have been, especially for a landlord that is remote.

The people we have seen and spoken to have been very helpful.

I’m very pleased with the property management team I’m working with. They are always responsive and handle everything with care. As an overseas landlord, their professionalism and patience give me great peace of mind. My thanks to Marc, James and Thomas.

Never allow your property to be rented through this company. They took two years management fee of us, they inspected only once when we asked why we had not seen an inspection and they allowed people to live there in absolute filth, destroy the house have a infested with cockroaches and did not fight for us to get our deposit back. They have not offered any compensation for the fact that they know they did not inspect the property and they are an absolute disgrace. We even used Robin Sannasay Son to do work at the beginning as he was so full of absolute sales rubbish. Even he did not come back to us ever to apologise. The only good thing was that his son actually did a good job on the garden but the house after two years of not being inspected was left with £8000 worth of damage and not a single phone call back from Robin to apologise or offer compensation for the poor Service. This company should be ashamed and it will be reported to The associations of an estate agent. . This company should be ashamed and it will be reported to The associations of estate agents and lettings bodies to let them know how appalling this company is. If I was you, I would never ever engage with them in either sales or lettings. I was in a estate agent myself for 35 years and have never seen such appalling service.

She is a clever well presented, well knowledgeable in this field, wich helped me to the start of my journey with regards to the sale of my property.

We had a property viewing with Lucia today, and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout.

She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the property and provided us with valuable advice, making the viewing a very positive experience.

I would highly recommend Lucia and her services to anyone looking for a professional and helpful property agent.

Cindy

Absolutely great experience viewing houses. Lucia was very friendly and very knowledgeable-we were given some great ideas and recommendations about the area too. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed working with Richard from the Crowborough branch , he is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge. He is helpful and goes above and beyond. He sold our house quickly and always kept us in the loop.

easy access to local office, pompt replies .Wide range of knowledge in the housing market and advice .

Very friendly. Helping you as much as they can

Julie was just incredible from the get go and was so patient in walking us through the entire process - even with my sometimes asinine, unfiltered questions. I would highly recommend this company !

Thomas Godchild is exceptionally helpful, extremely knowledgeable and understanding, he was always follows up on any actions that are borne out of our discussions, and this has helped immensely. I am perhaps not the most easygoing of landlords, however, since Thomas has become my single point of contact my experience using the help centre has been elevated significantly. He always follows up and gets things done, more people like Thomas please.
