No me gusto la comida, ya que no habia suficiente cantidad y a veces habian platos que se habian terminado y no se reponian. Las habitaciones siempre estaban cerrradas y cuando solictabas a un monitor que te las abriesen no lo hacian, por ejemplo despiues de comer querias entrar a la habitación a por dinero o cambiarte de ropa y no lo permitían. No dejaban rellenar la botella de agua de la fuente. Las clases estaban bien. Las actividades también.

Nos esforzamos por ofrecer comidas de calidad en cantidad suficiente para satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes, y es decepcionante saber que tuvo problemas con la disponibilidad de la comida. Tendremos en cuenta sus comentarios para mejorar la gestión de nuestros suministros de comida y garantizar una mejor disponibilidad de los platos.
En cuanto a la situación de las habitaciones, le pedimos disculpas si ha tenido dificultades para acceder a ellas. Entendemos lo importante que es para nuestros huéspedes tener fácil acceso a sus habitaciones para recoger dinero o cambiarse de ropa, sin embargo, por razones de seguridad no podemos dejar el alojamiento libremente accesible. Nuestro personal hace todo lo posible por atender las peticiones especiales de los estudiantes. Espero que pueda entender nuestra postura.
En cuanto a llenar su botella de agua en la fuente, lamentamos que haya encontrado obstáculos al respecto y nos sorprende que la fuente sea de libre acceso.

We have taken on board your suggestion regarding the language used during our activities. Indeed our teams communicate in French with the students during the activities, which creates a more immersive experience.
However, when we need to be sure that safety instructions are understood (for example for aquatic activities) we use English or the student's mother tongue. The safety of our customers is our absolute priority, and we are fully aware that clear and understandable communication is essential in this context.

Unclean accommodation
Good course but the rooms were dirty- unchanged sheets and unemptied bins. The default of the CIA is to deny what is said in reviews but unless you want your kids sleeping in dirty sheets, avoid the accommodation. The rooms are also locked during the day for ‘safety’ reasons so the children cannot have any downtime should they wish to. Lastly, watch out for the wide age groups (13-17). Your child might be stuck with much younger or older children. It would be more sensible to have groupings of 12-14 and 15-17.

Regarding the concerns raised about room cleanliness, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your child. Our rooms are indeed cleaned twice a week, with a weekly change of sheets. However, our campuses offer rooms for 2 to 4 students and occasional oversights can occur, and we are sorry that this happened during your child's stay. We would have been happy to rectify the situation immediately if you had reported these issues to us at reception. We encourage our students to report any problems, as we strive to quickly resolve any issue that may arise.
Regarding safety and room access hours, we implement these measures to ensure the safety of all our students. Room opening hours are communicated in advance in our welcome kit, explained upon arrival at the campus and we do our best to accommodate our students' needs whenever possible.
As for the composition of age groups, we understand that this can be a sensitive matter. We try to allocate students into smaller groups based on reservations and the period, aiming to better cater to their needs and preferences.
We apologize that your experience was not entirely satisfactory, but please rest assured that we are doing our best to provide a safe and educational environment for our students. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we take note of your suggestions to continue improving.

Keine Empfehlung
Unsere Tochter besuchte das Camp „Juan les Pins Premium“ im Sommer 2023 für 1 Woche. Am Ankunftstag hat man bis 17.00 Uhr Zeit zur freien Verfügung, da man aber noch keinen kennt und sich auch im Ort nicht auskennt lohnt es sich eher nicht so früh vor Ort zu sein, da man sonst alleine im Zimmer sitzt. In unserem Fall bekam unsere Tochter einen Platz im Dreierzimmer in einem kleinen Haus neben der angegebenen Residenz. Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen kannten sich schon eine Woche, waren beide 2 Jahre älter und hatten somit Ausgeherlaubnis und hatten auch kein Interesse sie kennenzulernen, was schon mal zu einer nicht idealen Ausgangssituation führte. Um 17.00 gibt es ein für alle Neuankömmlinge verpflichtendes Treffen mit „Cocktails“ (Cola aus einer großen Schüssel) auf der Terrasse um sich kennenzulernen und danach ein gemeinsames Spiel, bei dem man allerdings nicht gerade zum Reden gekommen ist. Der nächste nicht ideale Punkt war, dass unsere Tochter auf keiner Liste geführt war. Das ist uns bereits bei der Ankunft aufgefallen, als keiner ihren Namen fand. Von nun an wurde sie auch bei Spielen etc. nicht mit eingeteilt bzw. nachträglich in beliebige Gruppen gesteckt, so dass sie sich nicht wirklich aufgenommen fühlen konnte. Sie kam in die Gruppe „gold“, das war der Intensivkurs, den wir aber nicht gebucht hatten. Somit hatte sie 2x pro Woche nachmittags frei, ihr Kurs und ihre Freunde aber Unterricht. Auch das ist nicht wirklich gut geplant. Die Betreuer fragten zwar, was sie macht, wünschten ihr dann aber viel Spaß beim „alleine in die Stadt gehen“. Bis 15 Uhr durfte sie auch nicht ins Zimmer, so dass sie erstmal alleine dastand. Auch alleine in der Stadt herumzulaufen hat uns nicht wirklich begeistert. Ihre Zimmergenossin allerdings, die für 5 Wochen in dem Camp war, durfte ins Zimmer, wann immer sie wollte. Da unsere Tochter aber bei dem Zimmerteam sowieso nicht unbedingt erwünscht war, suchte sie lieber das Weite. In dem Fall alleine…
Zur Kurseinteilung: Unsere Tochter ist sehr gut in der Schule, wurde aber nach dem Einstellungstest sehr viel niedriger eingestuft als selbst erwartet. Die Lehrerin war extrem nett und sympathisch, hat aber bei allen schriftlichen Leistungen gesagt, dass es nichts zu verbessern gibt… das war nicht schlimm, da sich unsere Tochter bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt hat, ein Lernzuwachs war natürlich nicht zu erwarten. Am letzten Schultag war die Lehrerin leider krank, sie teilte die Schüler aber in andere Kurse ein. Unsere Tochter kam in einen Kurs, der drei (!!!) Stufen höher war… Und das wäre auch ihr Niveau gewesen…
Insgesamt müssen wir sagen, dass wir für das Geld (1500 Euro) und die Werbung im Internet mehr erwartet hätten. Zum Essen möchten wir uns gar nicht äußern, den einen schmeckt es, den anderen nicht. Das passt schon für eine Woche. Das Essen in der Schule war aber wohl weitaus genießbarer als in der Residenz. Aber diese ungünstige, nicht bedachte Zimmerereinteilung, das ständige nicht auf den Listen erscheinen, die falsche Kurs- und auch Gruppeneinteilung und dass sich unsere Tochter so oft alleine die Zeit vertreiben musste, das sind für uns Mängel, die nicht von Professionalität zeugen und dieses Preisniveau alles andere als rechtfertigen. Der versprochene Ausflug nach Nizza, Cannes oder Monte Carlo fand nicht statt. Ohne Kommentar.
Für unsere Tochter war es eine gute Erfahrung zum Selbständig werden, sie musste auch wirklich viel alleine unternehmen. Auch Freundschaften wurden natürlich geknüpft. Wir würden dieses Sprachcamp allerdings nicht noch einmal buchen und es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Uns ist nur wichtig, dass Unschlüssige auch solche Rezensionen lesen. Wir haben auch versucht, uns im Vorfeld ein Bild zu machen. Einige Jugendliche sind mit Freunden angereist. Das macht natürlich vieles leichter, da sie auch größtenteils im gleichen Zimmer waren. Das kann aber auch nicht Sinn der Sache sein, zumal Werbung damit gemacht wird, dass keine gleichsprachigen Kinder auf einem Zimmer sind. In unserem Fall hätte es auch keinen Sinn gemacht, das alles gleich zu melden, damit es verbessert wird. Die Zimmerbelegung war abgeschlossen und in ein Einzelzimmer wollten wir unsere Tochter auch nicht geben. Die falsche Einteilung in die Gruppen hätte auch nicht geändert werden können, da die Kinder ab Montag fest auf ausgehängten Listen standen und da auch schon das geplante Nachmittagsprogramm begann… Es wäre unserer Tochter extrem unangenehm gewesen, ständig die Gruppen wechseln und neue Freunde suchen zu müssen. So haben wir Eltern uns zuhause geärgert und gehofft, dass alles halbwegs passt.
RESUMEE: Für uns kommt dieses Sprachcamp nicht mehr in Frage und wir werden es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ihr Feedback während des Aufenthalts wäre für uns wertvoll gewesen, um schnelle Lösungen zu finden.
Was unsere Nachmittagsaktivitäten betrifft, wechseln sie zwischen freien Zeiten und geplanten Aktivitäten. Diese freien Zeiten können je nach Verfügbarkeit unserer Partner entweder am frühen Nachmittag oder am späten Nachmittag stattfinden. Wir möchten betonen, dass diese Planung unabhängig von unserem Willen erfolgt, und wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für eventuelle Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihrer Tochter dadurch entstanden sein könnten. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass die Organisation einen Einfluss auf die Gesamterfahrung der Schüler haben kann, und wir werden weiter daran arbeiten, Unannehmlichkeiten zu minimieren und die Koordination dieser Aktivitäten zu verbessern.
Es hat uns überrascht, dass Sie uns nicht kontaktiert haben, als Ihre Tochter vor Ort war. Es kann vorkommen, dass Stornierungen auftreten, was bedeutet, dass möglicherweise ein Platz in einem anderen Zimmer zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. Darüber hinaus sind unsere Aktivitätsgruppen nicht festgelegt, und wir sind flexibel, um auf die Bedürfnisse und Vorlieben unserer Schüler einzugehen. Unsere oberste Priorität ist die Zufriedenheit unserer Schüler, aber wenn wir nicht über die Probleme informiert sind, ist es für uns schwer, proaktiv zu reagieren. Unser Verkaufsteam ist während des Sprachaufenthalts voll und ganz für die Eltern da, um zuzuhören und zu helfen.
Wir freuen uns zu hören, dass Ihre Tochter an Selbstständigkeit gewonnen hat und während ihres Aufenthalts Freundschaften geschlossen hat. Trotz der Herausforderungen, denen sie begegnet ist, sind diese positiven Aspekte ihrer Erfahrung sehr wertvoll.
