The broadened their horizons, gained autonomy, learned from kids all over the world, had fun in the beach while being safe and cared for. Amazing experience very well organized and trustworthy ! We are an Argentinean family living in panama and our view is to raise kids that can become adults open to integrating multicultural perspectives.

It is important to note that our program is designed to accommodate students aged 12 to 17, which explains the age diversity within the groups of participants. The class groups are based on our students' level in French, and as a result, there may sometimes be a greater age gap within groups, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Il campo è veramente PESSIMO
Il campo è veramente PESSIMO. I ragazzi mangiano malissimo o niente, tra l’altro noi abbiamo pagato €120 in più per avere la dieta speciale senza glutine perché mia figlia è celiaca e solo un giorno ha avuto un pasto apposta per lei, tutti gli altri giorni ha mangiato ciò che poteva del menù, quindi ha dovuto farsi la spesa al supermercato. Abbiamo mandato mail per chiedere spiegazioni al riguardo e non ci hanno mai risposto. I ragazzi sono lasciati a se stessi: possono uscire da soli e rientrare entro le 19,30 come da programma, ma non hanno nessun tipo di controllo o limite e se non vogliono fare le attività giornaliere non sono stimolati a partecipare. Inoltre la sede della scuola Leonardo Da vinci è molto sporca (i ragazzi dicono che l’altra sede è migliore) e per alcuni giorni non hanno avuto la carta igienica e hanno dovuto comprarla perché gli organizzatori non l’hanno messa. L’unica cosa positiva è il rapporto che si crea tra i ragazzi e questo non dipende dal centre international di Antibes. L’anno prossimo cercheremo un altro campo più organizzato! Per il vostro bene NON LO CONSIGLIO per niente.
*** CON QUESTA RISPOSTA da parte sua, mi vedo costretta a risponderle perché contrariamente a ciò che dice, posso solo constatare la mancanza di professionalità e la assenza di voglia di miglioramento da parte vostra.
Mancanza di professionalità perché non conosce il suo lavoro. Ovviamente un ragazzo/a che ha la dieta speciale come mia figlia quando arriva dagli addetti di una mensa, la prima cosa che fa è avvisare che ha una dieta senza glutine o qualsiasi questa sia, peccato che in questo caso, una volta avvisato il personale, non veniva somministrato il menù apposta per la dieta speciale come d'accordo con voi dal supplemento dei €120 ma segnalato cosa poteva mangiare del menù (pomodori, broccoli, melone )
Assenza di voglia di miglioramento perché non si è trattato di un "malinteso" come dice lei, visto che leggendo le recensioni negative del passato riguardo al vostro camp, veniva segnalato lo stesso problema ma con mio marito abbiamo voluto credere che eravate migliorati, invece abbiamo costato di No!
Le chiedo gentilmente di controllare le mail del suo collega Oddon dei giorni 11 e 12 di luglio intorno a mezzogiorno, vedrà che troverà la mail nella quale chiediamo spiegazioni riguardo la mancanza del menù dieta speciale e anche se così non fosse, non è una scusante. Quando si fa l'iscrizione e se aggiunge il supplemento dieta speciale, voi vi compromettete ad essere certi che questa dieta venga somministrata!
L'episodio della carta igienica non è stato solo un giorno, ma è mancata per qualche giorno per via della vostra mancanza di organizzazione e per quanto riguarda la pulizia, le dico solo che è un grande peccato che nelle recensioni non si possono aggiungere le foto... Voi fate pubblicità ingannevole!
Comunque, dovreste leggere le recensioni per migliorare e fidelizzare invece di rispondere per avere solo sempre nuovi iscritti. Finisco col dirle che non è il mio interesse scrivere per screditare nessuno ma per farvi prendere coscienza degli errori che si ripetono nel tempo e migliorare, così i ragazzi possono andare in campi estivi migliorati.

Grazie per aver trovato il tempo di condividere la sua esperienza. Ci dispiace sinceramente che non sia stata all'altezza delle tue aspettative.
Per quanto riguarda i pasti senza glutine, sembra che ci sia stato un malinteso. I nostri cuochi, che servono un gran numero di studenti ogni giorno, purtroppo non possono ricordare la dieta di tutti. Per questo motivo chiediamo agli studenti con esigenze alimentari specifiche di indicarle ogni volta che vengono in mensa. In questo modo il nostro team è in grado di fornire loro un pasto adeguato.
Per quanto riguarda i suoi tentativi di contattarci, abbiamo controllato tutte le caselle di posta del nostro team, comprese le cartelle di spam, e non abbiamo trovato traccia dei suoi messaggi. Questo ci sorprende perché diamo molta importanza alla comunicazione con i nostri studenti e i loro genitori. Incoraggiamo sempre una comunicazione aperta e in tempo reale per risolvere i problemi non appena si presentano. Se avete utilizzato un altro metodo di contatto, fatecelo sapere in modo da migliorare i nostri sistemi di comunicazione.
Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla pulizia e dalla disponibilità di carta igienica. Il nostro team di manutenzione lavora quotidianamente per mantenere le nostre strutture pulite e accoglienti. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo problema con alcuni adolescenti che giocavano con la carta igienica, ma non è durato più di un giorno.
Vorremmo ringraziarla per aver sottolineato l'aspetto positivo della sua esperienza, ovvero le amicizie che si formano tra i nostri studenti. Questo è un valore che vogliamo promuovere nel nostro centro.
Ci rammarichiamo per l'inconveniente che avete subito durante il vostro soggiorno e ci auguriamo di potervi dimostrare la nostra dedizione nel fornire un'esperienza eccellente in futuro.

Full disclosure - I have not attended a course here. However the front end administration is slow and somewhat chaotic. I wanted to book one of their packages for myself for later this year. PACKAGES comprise tuition and accommodation. It was not until AFTER I had booked the package and paid the deposit that I was told there was NO accommodation. This is despite having had an email exchange with one of the centre's personnel - no mention of accommodation unavailability. I would have thought in this day and age it is possible that online booking systems flag availability etc. so you don't then have to go through what I suspect will be a painful experience getting my deposit back. NOT impressed.
UPDATE 27/07/2023 - Sadly as expected, I still have not received my refund despite sending all the information requested.

überteuert, langweilig, unfaire Mitarbeiter, ungemütliche und unsaubere Unterkünfte, technisch schlecht ausgestattet
Das Campus Horticole ist auf jeden Fall NICHT weiter zu empfehlen!!!
Hier ein paar Infos über die Schule die Unterkunft und der Gesamteindruck!
Zu einer solchen Sprachreise zählt priorisiert ein gewisser Wohlfüllfaktor, um nachhaltige Lernerfolge zu erzielen.
Dieser ist aber auf keinen Fall gewährleistet!
Schon der erste Eindruck, wenn man den Campus betritt lässt Skepsis aufkommen! Im der offiziellen Hompage vom Campus Horticole steht, dass der Campus sehr modern und gut ausgestattet ist. Dies ist FALSCH! Der Campus wirkt alt, sogar schon fast marode! Die Ausstattung z.B die Tischtennisplatten und Schläger sind sehr beschädigt.
Nun zur Unterkunft:
Das Zimmer (ohne Dusche und WC) machen den spartanischen Eindruck einer Gefängniszelle.
Die Sanitärräume und die Sauberkeit selber sind absolut kein Niveau auf heutiger Zeit!
In den Schulräumern ist eine Hitze bei dem ein Lernerfolg in Frage gestellt ist. An gesunden Schlaf bei über 30 Grad in der Nacht ist auf den Zimmern nicht zu denken. Das liegt daran, das tagsüber
die Fenster von den Animateuren vor Ort aufgemacht werden und die Rollläden hoch gefahren werden.
Hygienische Umstände auf dem Campus und in den Sanitärräumen dort sind absolut nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit
SCHIMMEL am Boden und der Wand:
In der Mensa, was im Internet als Restaurant beschrieben wird ist das Geschirr nicht richtig gespült und die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig!
Das kostenfreie W-Lan gab es zwar, nur das war so derart langsam, dass eine Internetseite zum Aufbau drei Minuten gebraucht hat. Videostreams auch in SD waren so gut wie nicht möglich. FaceTime anrufe schon garnicht. Auch das wurde vor Ort angesprochen aber es ist nichts passiert.
Das alles ist zwar schon sehr schlecht aber zum Teil noch akzeptabel gewesen aber wie mit einem umgegangen wird ist nicht mehr angemessen!
Hier ein Fall in den ich persönlich verwickelt war!
Ich war zufällig dort in der Stadt mit einigen Mitschülern unterwegs, die Alkohol kauften was mir so nicht direkt aufgefallen war. Die tranken das Mixgetränk. Ich jedoch habe ihn abgelehnt! Anscheinend haben uns ein paar Animateure die ganze Zeit verfolgt! Irgendwann sind sie dann zu uns gekommen und haben uns behandelt als wären sie die Polizei! Sie baten uns die Taschen auszuleeren, damit sie kontrollieren konnten ob wir Alkohol getrunken haben! Danach wurden wir zurück zum Campus gebracht und mussten 1 Stunde im Büro des Chefs warten. Wir durften nicht aufs Klo gehen und wurden behandelt wie Schwerverbrecher! Nachdem der Chef vor Ort dann da war wurden wir ohne dass wir etwas zu unserer Verteidigung sagen durften vor die Wahl gestellt entweder direkt nach Hause fahren oder eine Ausgangssperre genannt „XXX“ zu bekommen. Somit durfte ich während des gesamten Aufenthalts den Campus nicht mehr verlassen. Das schlimme war nur das wenn ich diskutiert hätte, wären ich direkt nach Hause gefahren!
Der Herr hat sich hier nicht nur im Ton vergriffen, sondern er war gegenüber mir bis an die Beleidigung grenzend herablassend und hämisch. Eine eigene Meinungen die einem 16jährigen durchaus zugestanden werden sollten, hat er mit Häme, Spot und Sarkasmus quittiert. Hier war das Vertrauensverhältnis (zwischenmenschliche Verhältnis) zu tiefst gestört. Ein Beispiel nur: Er hat einen Tag vor meiner Abreise mich getroffen und seine Aussage war „Na du XXX wie fühlt man sich so?“
Nach sechs Tagen habe ich den Aufenthalt nach Intervention meiner Eltern vorzeitig freiwillig beendet.
Abschließend ist zu sagen, dass ich schon an vielen Sprachreisen teilgenommen habe, aber noch nie wurde ich so schlecht behandelt, noch nie war das Klima so schlecht. Ich fühlte mich dort so unwohl und das gesamte Umfeld mit Unterkunft, Freizeitbereiche, Essen und Ausstattung waren einfach nur schlecht.
NEHMEN SIE AUF KEINEN FALL DIE DIENSTE VOM CAMPUS HORTICOLE IN ANTIBES IN ANSPRUCH! Fazit: überteuert, langweilig, unfaire Mitarbeiter, ungemütliche und unsaubere Unterkünfte, technisch schlecht ausgestattet.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, auch wenn diese im August 2018, also vor fast fünf Jahren, gemacht wurde.
Es ist überraschend, eine so späte Bewertung zu erhalten, fast fünf Jahre nach dem Datum Ihrer Erfahrung. Wir hätten es vorgezogen, damals über diese Probleme informiert zu werden, um angemessen darauf reagieren und sie lösen zu können.
Bezüglich des Vorfalls mit dem Alkoholkonsum möchten wir klarstellen, dass wir für unsere minderjährigen Schüler eine strenge Alkoholverbotspolitik verfolgen, um ihre Sicherheit und ihr Wohlergehen zu gewährleisten. Es tut uns leid, wenn Ihnen das Eingreifen unserer Mitarbeiter übertrieben erschien. Wir tun alles, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Personal jederzeit professionell und respektvoll handelt.
Seit 2018 hat unser Campus zahlreiche Veränderungen erfahren. Wir haben umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten auf dem Campus durchgeführt, einschließlich der Aufrüstung einiger Zimmer und Sporteinrichtungen, um die Gesamterfahrung unserer Schüler zu verbessern. Poor customer service after booking
Poor assistance and communication with parents by the school about skills of the child and organisational issues (transfer from one campus to another without notice). Booked family accodomodation but got a pension type with many foreign studies - therefore no french communication outside of lectures.

My teacher Mireille was absolutely…
My teacher Mireille was absolutely wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed her class. She also gave us excellent suggestions as to what to see and where to eat! Cannot say enough about her. She loves her work and is so much fun to be with. My friends in a higher level were somewhat disappointed with their instructors. Compared to Mireille, they did not seem to have prepared at all or enough nor did they handle some class dynamics very well.
I found the accommodations in the Arabel résidence much more basic than I had understood from the online information. It was very “oversold”. I was expecting a “prepared” breakfast. The excursions were wonderful and our guides were great. But it was too much to be especially as an older woman, to be gone all day from 8:15 to 17:00 without returning to a home base at lunch. We all had to carry packs with everything we needed for the day. It also required MUCH more walking than was expected. Many of the women (and much younger than I am) had physical issues that made it extremely difficult for some of them. As a result, they chose not to participate in the outings, which was a shame as they were very disappointed. ie. Going to Nice the first Monday of school was not a good plan. It was a long, hot day for those of us recovering from jet lag. The cafeteria style lunches were not very good at all and almost chaotic with all the people there. Toilettes were a problem.
However, all that said, I very much enjoyed the course and loved the location in vielle Antibes and Juan les Pins. My friends and I would like to return but believe we should definitely find our own more comfortable accommodations closer to the school.
There should have been a daily schedule for us, including weather forecast and more information about the outings so we could better plan for them. I feel most of us prefer good prior information, not just on a “need to know” basis!
The young men who looked after us were very kind and Perceval was an especially good guide (as were Guillaume and Luca.)
