Chess are a professional company who always satisfy our needs.

We have used used Chess since TMS days (a long time) and recently we brought to their attention that they only bill landline and one mobile in their destinations - yet lots of countries have mulitple destingations. We were told that that is how it is and they would just bill anything else as a percentrage as a whole (which is useless). They then told us that they would fix it but they wanted us to pay to do this as nobody else had noticed or complained (so they wanted us to program their system). Very unhappy with Chess ICT and we wouldn't recommend them any more (whereas we used to when it was TMS). So once our term is up with them we are moving. Such a shame the way it's run now

Just great to speak to humans on the other end of the line. Problems a while ago which they bent over backwards to sort out, which was finally resolved by BT engineer finding a loose wire. Laura Bacon has been great in our possible transition into retirement.

Every time I have had to contact Chess either with a problem or question they are very fast and efficient to answer and rectify. Customer service is always 2nd to none friendly and efficient.

I am always happy to give a positive review to someone who is happy and cheerful 1st thing in the morning. Laura Baker caught me just going out of the door and has promised to reduce my bill so why wouldn't ?

Update after 5/6 years. I read my previous reviews on here for Chess and thought I should write a more recent, accurate review for others to read. Although I have recently had one week without internet, that was due to BT Openreach lines and their terrible communication/coordination around external line repairs. Chess, and every member of staff I've interacted with for that, renewals and contract changes over the years, up to the latest issue of VOIP phone lines being forced by BT - despite BT's poor internet coverage in my area - has been wonderful. I'm not sure what has changed within the company since my previous reviews. Since then, improvements in communication, help, advice, response times, and general conversation on calls has been 10/10. If you're looking for competitive prices, honest advice and support, especially around the copper lines to VOIP changeover, I absolutely recommend Chess based on their customer service and their apparent commitment to improve over the past few years. i request cancel the line they never do it but still charge line rental +Penalty . first of all i try to call they never answer the phone that reason i cancel direct debt then i wait for invoices . every time call them AI talking with the customer for few recorded messages. i joint different company chessict buying customers from online .
