Chase Buchanan Arvostelua

Sold my property with Chase Buchanan, Hampton Hill. Kris handle my sale, he was helpful, very informative & kept things moving along. Even though the sale took longer than planned, Kris kept me informed along the way. Would recommend this estate agents.

I have dealt with Kris few times over the years and this is my first successful purchase through Chase.
Kris always responds straight away and is so easy to deal with. I will absolutely be reaching out to him again going forward.

Chase Buchanan have been managing my rental for a few years now and I have always found them to be helpful and professional in all my dealings. I rate them highly and would recommend them in the future...

Morgan and the team at Chase Buchanan, Richmond, went above and beyond in helping me sell my house. They were always attentive to my requests and worked hard to find the perfect buyers. They made what could have been a difficult and stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend them!

Morgan and his team at Chase Buchanan's Richmond office did an exceptional job to get our purchase of a new home completed. Seemingly stuck in a chain of six, Morgan's communication skills and determination got the deal over the line, when solicitors and other agents seemed unable to move. He helped also in sorting out the knotty problems that could derail an agreement, with the patience and tact to negotiate compromises that satisfied everyone.

We have just completed on the sale of a property with Kris and Anna at Chase Buchanan in Hampton Hill. The whole process was dealt with professionally and efficiently and the property was sold within 4 months. Both Kris and Anna were really knowledgeable and helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly, keeping us informed and updated as the sale progressed.
Many thanks to all the team at Chase Buchanan

We had an excellent experience with Kris at the Hampton office. He was knowledgeable, patient and very supportive when we moved to the area. He has been available to advise and pass local insights, even after our purchase.

We found the house we have been living for 7 years through Chase Buchanan/Richmond who is in charge of the property management at the same time. During our tenancy, all problems we had faced with, had been solved by them rapidly and properly. They had also given perfect service not only in the check-in but also in the check-out process. Thanks to them we spent 7 happy years and one day if we move back to London, we definitely work with them. Thank you for everything

Was a tenant at the same flat for 20+ years, managed by CB Twickenham due to the landlord living overseas. Through several managers, the experience was always excellent. They were responsive, helpful and professional throughout.

Many thanks to Alicia for her excellent support. She was prompt in her responses, and took a proactive, result-oriented approach. It was a pleasure working with her, and I truly appreciated her assistance.

Had a very tough last 6 months with a property handled by Chase Buchanan with mould and damp issues. Chase Buchanan had recently taken over the property and we’re unaware of the issues it presented.

We have been in constant dialogue with Liyah Walsh, who has been extremely responsive, helpful and understanding throughout this process. Without Liyah, I would be rating our experience at 1 star.

Chase Buchanan do need to consider assessing properties to a higher degree to be able to inform potential tenants of potential issues before move in.

Chase Buchanan have looked after my property for 25 years since I moved to Australia. In that time I have had several property managers and numerous problems that needed fixing, all of which were handled with total professionalism and expediency. They have liaised seamlessly with my tenants and provided good reliable tradespeople when required. They also arranged a meeting for me to have in their offices with the building lease management team on one of my visits and were instrumental in helping solve the issues we were experiencing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease a property.

Joel from Teddington was very helpful and efficient, quickly sending us several options of places to rent in Teddington. He was professional and friendly to speak to and overall we had a very positive experience with this agency. Thank you!

Hampton staff are always helpful and respond quickly
today Alicia sent me what i need in no time

Compassion plays a very important part in every organisation. We have recently been through a difficult time with a family bereavement and the inevitable extra expenses it brings. Both our landlords and CHASE BUCHANAN have been enormously supportive in seeing us through six difficult months. Communication and honesty are at the heart of this and we are more than grateful for the patience and understanding we have been shown.

I've always had a good experience with Chase Buchanan, they are always very quick and helpful in answering any questions. I am especially grateful to Alicia W for assisting me in all sorts of questions I had, and directing me to the relevant people if needed.

Alicia has always been helpful and good customer service.

Very proactive & smooth onboarding process

I had telephoned the Teddington office to ask for a copy of a tenancy agreement from eight years ago. Michala is highly personable and immediately said she would hunt around in the archives and did so. She also let me know immediately that she had it found it.
I am indebted to her for her efficiency
Thank you.

Chase Buchanan provides a professional management service and have looked after my properties with great care and concern. I would like to appreciate the services of one of their team Ashley Duhart who assisted and did remarkable work in getting a difficult tenant to pay maintenance / repair charges before vacating. Her friendly demeanor and charm resolved the issue in a timely and quick manner. A great aaset to the Chase Buchanan team
