I am disappointed with the condition of the boxes containing the product I bought. They are in an awful state with big rips in them that means parts could missing. A discussion with your courier who is your representative at your customer is recommended. Then I was told all items delivered and a cover I had purchased at the same time was in one of the boxes. This was not true as a few days later we received another delivery from the same courier with a cover on its own. Someone somewhere was not telling the truth !!

Beautiful furniture, really well made and super value. Attentive delivery driver made everything easy. I intend to buy more from this company in future.

I purchased the 3m banana cantilever parasol and l found it to be very cumbersome to use, l should have just purchased a ordinary parasol in the first place, l will know better next time around.

Appalling customer service!! Item was not delivered by their chosen courier when it should have been, they wanted to take no responsibility for it even though my contract was with them, they blamed me! Customer service person was uninterested and unhelpful and offered no service at all. I've sent an email of complaint which hasn't even been acknowledged... would not use this company again!!!

Bought a water feature and very happy with it. The price was reasonable and it's good quality. Unfortunately the shipper mislaid the original package but customer services sorted out a replacement which was delivered quickly.

I bought a large dustpan and brush. It is a good size and quality. Delivery was fast but the packaging didn’t survive the shipping. I would still shop here again.

Ordered mirror through Amazon circumstance changed and had to return for refund had nightmare returning numerous emails complaining still not resolved and still not received my refund
Today is 19/05 /2026 just been informed by amazon my refund has been been accepted should be in my account in a few days
