Broom lasted less than 5 seconds before snapping, shoddy materials used, I bought British thinking it was good quality. Someone needs to start to look at the products they are selling, and stop buying on price alone

Easy to order and the communication was good. We had an issue with trying to get the delivery sorted. The delivery company kept changing their delivery commitment, so after 2 weeks of waiting we requested a refund. This was processed immediately. The delivery company is badly letting this companies orders down, they need to be changed immediately

Delayed delivery. Fair enough, these things happen.

Then a missing item.

Then a damaged table and chairs.

Finally, the last item arrives… smashed.

To top it all off, no replacement was available because it was out of stock, notified a day after being told that a new item was being dispatched.

One problem can happen. An entire order going wrong from start to finish is something else entirely. Very disappointing. First time customer and last time customer. Could not recommend to anyone.

Delivery didn't work when it did finally the parasol base was smashed with a lump broken off. At 37kg difficult to dispose of but was expected to despite me asking for it to be picked up. Had to phone them to say this isn't on, sent £15 but no discussion, these things are heavy and on top to dispose at a tip costs money let alone the inconvenience of lifting it into the car and dealing with it at the tip. Asked for a replacement as ordered it when in the middle of a heat wave. Another sent out but once again failed to deliver. I had to contact Charles Bentley as not delivered. There was no concern to chase the failed delivery just informed I could have a replacement or refund. Now some time down the road of the heatwave and no parasol. Asked for a refund but no reply so had to ring them again before it was actioned.
Dreadful service, there's no excuses.

Really quick delivery. The directors chairs are lovely. I'd been looking for ages to replace my 30 year old ones with a similar quality and these came acceptably close. Thank you.

Unable to review product as only Box 2 of 2 delivered, box 1 of 2 nowhere to be seen. Despite numerous assurances the rest of the order would be delivered/was on its way i have had to chase constantly. I have now been offered a complete new order within the next 2-3 days. I will wait and see - otherwise I will be demanding a complete refund.

Online ordering was easy, delivery booking confirmation was great service and delivery arrived and driver was really helpful.
BBQ now up and running and is great.

Ordered a bbq for a birthday present 2-3 days delivery, 5 days later it still didn’t arrive. I contacted them to say it was now too late as I had to go an emergency but one. A week later and still waiting for a refund

Table and chairs are lovely. Well made and exactly as described. Delivery was a let down as delayed with little information on when to expect.

Instructions not 100% clear but you get there in the end.

Some nut covers split and have been replaced. Still to fit the new ones but noticed more have (in the heat?), will ask and expect they will be replaced too

Lovely item but with tiny damage when delivered. Customer service were very good and kindly offered me £10 compensation which I thought was fair as item was still usable. I agreed to that and that was the last I heard from them. So despite their promise I have yet to receive the money back on my card and I did send them a reminder too.

Excellent delivery time, price and quality products. Parasol cover fits two for storage in garage. Egg chair cover can be tucked under base frame to secure and cover completely.

The table and chairs when they eventually arrived are great. No issue with the product, but the delivery by DX took ages. It was meant to be a 3 day delivery, it ended up being a 10 day ( 7 working days) delivery. It seem to sit at the depot or at Charles Bentley for days. No communication ahead, if you tell me at 9:45 on the day that you are delivering between 8 and 18:00 there is little planning I can do. No card left, no didn't even know they had attempted to deliver. Next day waited all day, no show. Note there is a telephone number hidden on the DX website, after 3 call hung up on me, I eventually spoke to a human! I expect better! This would stop me from ordering again.

Lovely compact water feature. Bought as a replacement for previous water fountain from this company. Smaller than the one we replaced but perfect for our needs. Sounds so relaxing when sitting in the garden. Looks lovely, good quality and quick delivery.

Received exactly what I expected, in a timely way, with no damage. The table and chairs look great.
(All tools for assembly were included in the box)
Would definitely recommend.

Bought 2 director’s chairs via Amazon website. The fabric is starting to rip on both chairs. Refund system on Amazon is proving to be difficult- still in warranty but so much hassle to send back. Really wished I hadn’t bought them.
