Mille stelle!
Nous avons ete tres chaleureusement accuellis chez Joelle et Ricardo. J'ai appris a faire les raviolis, une salade Panzanella, et nous avons goute un dejeuner tres agreable chez eux, partageant ce que nous avons prepare aussi bien que les gourmandises que Joelle nous a presentees. La conversation que nous avons partagee pendant le repas etait riche et nous en avons parle plusieurs fois depuis. En racontant nos aventures pendant ce sejour mediterraneen, nous remarquons toujours que l'apres midi passe a Livorno chez Joelle et Ricardo etait le grand moment de notre voyage. Ce sont les personnes qui creent les plus grands plaisirs.

We had lunch at Chef Roberta’s home in Bologna on way to Venice from Florence. It was a cooking demonstration vs class (perfect!). We had no idea what to expect but trusted the process. Too many wonderful things to say.
1) Roberta was so warm & welcoming
2) Her home was beautiful & kitchen was amazing
3) The meal from start to finish was unbelievable. We had many wonderful meals along our journey but this was the best!

Cooking with Chef Massimo and his lovely wife was an amazing experience. They accommodated 10 of us and the evening was absolutely fabulous, from the lessons to the wine to the conversation. If you are in Bologna, look for them...Meolab. fantastic

Eugenia and her husband welcomed us into their home and made us feel like part of their family. Their hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. The cooking experience was not only wonderful but also incredibly educational, making it one of the most memorable experiences of our time in Italy. It is an experience I will never forget. What made it even more special was the thoughtful way Eugenia honored my wife by preparing a cake and putting up a banner for her. That extra touch went above and beyond anything we could have expected and made the experience truly unforgettable.

If your considering a food tour schedule it with Paola! We (6 women friends) had the best experience ever. She was professional, fun and witty. We learned how to make Ragu pasta and Tiramisu. It was fun and interesting. You will enjoy yourself in the comfort of her beautiful home. We then proceeded to eat the pasta we made with wine outside on her deck which was amazingly decorated and comfortable. The Tiramisu was surprisingly easy to make and it tasted great. Don't leave Italy without trying this tour.

I was very excited to attend the class and I have booked the Class two months in advance the day that the Class was supposed to take place I came from Lake Lugano. I encountered that the destination will take an hour and 30 minutes unfortunately due to me being new in the country and being new in the area I was in the area but I couldn’t find a parking lot. I was in touch with the representative 30 minutes before the class to inform them that I am in the area, but I’m finding a trouble finding a parking lot,,however after 30 minutes she told me that the class has been cancelled and i am very late and the amount will not be refunded, although I have asked her to reconsider it as I drove all the way from Lake Lugano and I am just a visitor as a tourist. But there was no consideration as well as there was no refund or even scheduling of the Class which made me really really disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this to any of my friends.

Our Cesarine was Annarita in Bari, Italy. It was a wonderful experience to be invited into her home to spend time with her, her mamma, and her daughter. We learned how to make delicious gnocchi and two or three different kinds of pasta shapes. It was delicious! They also made three kinds focaccia, served a little wine, limoncello, and tiramisu. It was one of our favorite meals in our 2 weeks in Italy.

Wir durften im Rahmen eines Kochkurses von Cesarine einen wunderbaren Abend bei Stefania Chiola und ihrem Ehemann in Montesilvano verbringen - und dieses Erlebnis wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Stefania hat uns mit viel Geduld, Leidenschaft und grosser Motivation in die Geheimnisse der italienischen Küche eingeweiht. Mit ihrer herzlichen Art hat sie uns Schritt für Schritt gezeigt, wie man einen echten italienischen Pastateig herstellt. Auch Gnocchi durften wir selbst zubereiten und zum krönenden Abschluss gab es ein köstliches Tiramisu.

Während Stefania uns kulinarisch verwöhnte, sorgte ihr Ehemann, ein ausgebildeter Sommelier, mit seiner fachkundigen und aufmerksamen Art für eine vorzügliche Bewirtung und die passenden Weine.

Es war weit mehr als nur ein Kochkurs: Wir haben viel gelernt, wunderbar gegessen, gelacht und einen ganz besonderen Einblick in die italienische Lebens- und Genusskultur bekommen.

Von Herzen ein grosses Dankeschön an Stefania und ihren Mann für diesen wunderschönen Abend. Ein Erlebnis, das wir jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere una serata meravigliosa a Montesilvano con Stefania Chiola e suo marito, nell’ambito di un corso di cucina organizzato da Cesarine – e questa esperienza rimarrà a lungo nei nostri ricordi.

Stefania ci ha iniziato ai segreti della cucina italiana con grande pazienza, passione e motivazione. Con la sua cordialità ci ha mostrato passo dopo passo come preparare un vero impasto per la pasta italiana. Abbiamo anche potuto preparare noi stessi gli gnocchi e, come coronamento della serata, abbiamo gustato un delizioso tiramisù.

Mentre Stefania ci deliziava con le sue creazioni culinarie, suo marito, sommelier di professione, con la sua competenza e attenzione ha garantito un’ospitalità eccellente e l’abbinamento perfetto dei vini.

È stato molto più di un semplice corso di cucina: abbiamo imparato tantissimo, mangiato benissimo, riso e avuto uno sguardo davvero speciale sulla cultura italiana del vivere e del gusto.

Un grazie di cuore a Stefania e a suo marito per questa splendida serata. Un’esperienza che consigliamo vivamente a tutti!

What a great experience being in their home and cooking and experiencing the warm Italian hospitality.

It was fantastic! Renata is a very good and patient teacher. My friend and I had a good laugh and learned a lot.
Now we can serve fresh pasta and tiramisu at home.

Through Cesarine, I was able to schedule an experience for twelve people that was a highlight of our visit to Italy!
The hosts (Anna and Stefano) greeted us warmly, made us feel at home, and were orderly but fun with teaching us how to make several dishes, all very tasty.
What a memorable night!

Registering for the event was easy and straightforward. Additionally, Cesarine actively kept in contact with you with all the essential information you might need for the event. Most importantly, the event they sponsored was absolutely wonderful and exceeded expectations.

An amazing experience with a truly amazing chef. My wife and I not only learned to make pasta and tiramisu but also real Italian ragu. Our host, Paola, and her home were warm and welcoming. We had fun, laughed a lot and genuinely had a good time with Paola and her husband Massimo. Highly recommend !

Gianna was amazing. Our power was out when she arrived but that didn’t stop her from adapting and moving forward. She was fun, and very engaging. We had a wonderful experience with her despite the power constraints. Highly recommend Gianna😁

We were with 5 girls from The Netherlands and we wanted to make pasta, so we found Cesarine. Patrizia and her mother are very sweet, we made strozzaprezi. They helped us very good with making the pasta. After making the pasta we ate it at a very nice table in her garden. De wine was also really good! We would really recommend it, it was a really nice experience!
