Wir hatten tolle 3 Stunden mit Francesca und Ihrer Tochter und hatten richtig tolle Dinge gelernt. Wir hatten Spaß und wenn wir in der Gegend sind, wollen wir wieder solch einen Kurs buchen.

Jessica our host was so delightful. 3 of us learnt how to make pasta and tiramisu under her gentle and informative instructions in her own home.
She cooked it and served us with care and smiles!

Catia and August were wonderful cooks and hosts. They generously invited us into their home and made dishes I remember from my grandmother. It was a highlight of our trip!

Manuela was a gracious hostess and a very knowledgeable chef. We enjoyed making pasta and being a guest in her home. It was very comfortable. She taught us about Italian customs, we tried different cheeses and she really tried to please us. I would recommend this experience to others.

This was such an amazing activity, so fun and great host. We had a group of 4 and had a wonderful personalized experience, while we drank some wine and discussed local practices. If you are looking for a fun and personal class, this is a great option and would recommend. The drive is pretty easy from Olbia, about 20 minutes away.

Maria Francesca was so welcoming into her home and created such a fun atmosphere. We had such a good time while learning how to make fresh gnocchi, ravioli and tiramisu. The food was absolutely delicious! It was such a unique, authentic Italian experience that we will cherish forever!

My wife & I went on a 2 week vacation thru Spain, France & Italy. Our cooking class with Donata was the best day of our trip! She and her husband were such warm and gracious hosts, and their classic Italian home was a beautiful setting in which to have a delicious lunch. Thank you, Donata & Claudio, and if you are ever in Florida, Joanne & I would love to have you over to our house.

We had the most amazing experience with Giacomo and Alex and genuinely couldn’t recommend this cooking class enough!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. It really did feel less like a formal cooking class and more like being welcomed into someone’s home for an evening with friends.

Giacomo is a professional fresh pasta chef and his knowledge absolutely shines through. He was incredibly patient, friendly and such a brilliant teacher. He taught us how to make two different types of fresh pasta (one with eggs and one without) and then showed us how to cut and shape them in so many different ways, explaining what each shape is traditionally used for along the way. We learned so much without the experience ever feeling rushed or overly technical.

It was also so much more than just making pasta. Giacomo prepared gorgeous starters for us, along with delicious sauces to accompany the pasta we had made, and then me and my partner sat at the table to enjoy the meal we had helped to prepare. He served Lambrusco with our meal, which neither of us had really tried before, and we are now completely obsessed with it! To finish, he served us what was genuinely the best tiramisu I have ever had, absolutely incredible.

What really stood out was how much Giacomo went above and beyond. After the experience, he even walked us into the town centre and recommended places for us to visit and explore in the beautiful local area, which was such a lovely and thoughtful extra touch.

We were also sent all of the photos and videos from the evening afterwards, as well as the recipes, so we can recreate everything at home.

This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We would 100% do it again and I would genuinely love the opportunity to learn more from Giacomo in the future. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and a fantastic teacher. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for giving us such a memorable evening. ❤️

A fun interactive atmosphere with Barbara. She was a knowledgeable and very pleasant instructor. I learned many skills from her and am excited to use them in my own cooking.

Ho partecipato a questo corso di cucina ed è stata un'esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni punto di vista.

La location è semplicemente da sogno: una villa meravigliosa che sembra uscita direttamente da un film, elegante e ricca di fascino. Il corso è stato condotto con altissima professionalità, spiegazioni chiare e grande passione.

L'atmosfera era calorosa, allegra e accogliente. Ci siamo divertite tantissimo tutte quante! Il momento clou è stato sedersi insieme nel cortile: una tavola apparecchiata con cura e raffinatezza, circondata da tanta bellezza, e piatti semplicemente deliziosi, autentici e pieni di sapore.

Un connubio perfetto tra professionalità, buon gusto, convivialità e cucina eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente e con tutto il cuore!

It was a unique experience to be cooking in Federico's parents' home. We especially enjoyed tasting our creations outside in such a beautiful environment.
