Extremely disappointed , I bought this hair after seeing all the reviews on their instagram page , the first month my hair was perfect , I use the correct products on my hair and rarely use heat on my hair , 3 months later my hair was shedding terrible , I lost loads of length and the colour changed drastically, the customer service is awful , I asked for a refund or any sort of compensation but after getting my hair refitted they wouldn’t do anything until the whole head of hair was returned for testing as they were trying to put it down to getting it chlorine wet and sea wet etc which I don’t do obviously , I have had extensions for years and I have never lost length as quickly as these have , I offered to send a few tapes back for testing as I would have to pay for these to be removed but it wasn’t acceptable which then would leave me with no hair at all , I sent loads of pictures of the hair to what it looked like when it was first fitted and advised which products I had been using on my hair , the responses were awful aswell , I would only receive a reply if a triple messaged , I would not waste your money!

Eos are the only brand of extensions I will ever use. They are my first experience with hair extensions and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. Unreal quality, gorgeous hair, the customer service is 10/10! Always reply fast, friendly and helpful!! But honestly the hair is unmatched and gorgeous, I’ve had my weft and nanos for 6.5 months and they’re still almost the same thickness and length as when I first purchased them!! I will never purchase any other extensions till the day I die!🩷

I’ve been wearing hair extensions for 5+ years and EOS has definitley been the best! I won’t use any other hair now. The quality lasts so well and even my hairdresser has said how good they are compared to other brands on the market. The shade range is so versatile also, which is perfect for girlies like me who love to change up colour tones a lot and get bespoke blends.

New to this brand & from the very start of my order they have been soo quick at responding to any quirys or questions I had , the colours you can chose from are insane , as a stylist over 15 years I chose my brands wisely , my clients are obsessed with the hair, they say
it’s soo easy to work with & no shedding or tangling , I found them soo easy to fit also

definitely the best hair I’ve had so far, Ive had this hair for 8 months and the length and thickness is exactly the same as when I bought it, doesn’t get knotted and so easy to brush and style, defo can’t recommend enough. The colour has stayed perfect aswell 💗

Amazing hair - had mine in for 6 months to date and I have been so impressed with them. No shedding still the same length I use all the correct products they recommend me so I feel this plays a huge part in them lasting - shipped in 4 days as told. Extremely disappointed with EOS Hair Extensions

I’ve had hair extensions for years and have never experienced anything like this. I’ve only had my EOS extensions in for a few weeks and the quality is honestly shocking. And I was so excited to receive these

The hair arrived completely blunt, meaning my hairdresser had to cut a significant amount off to blend them properly. Since then, they already seem to have lost even more length. The hair is extremely dry, shedding constantly, and does not feel like good-quality extension hair at all.

What has made this experience even worse is the customer service. I contacted EOS to explain what had happened, expecting them to at least take some responsibility or offer a solution. Instead, I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do and that the issue was down to either me or my hairdresser.

I have worn extensions for years, know how to look after them properly, and have never had this problem with other brands. To have extensions deteriorate this badly after only a few weeks is completely unacceptable.

For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality and much better customer service. Being left with dry, shedding hair that has lost its length and then being blamed for it is honestly disgusting.

I definitely would not recommend EOS Hair Extensions based on my experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

i have had my hair in for less than 2 months. the colour has gone extremely orange. with having extensions for over 4 years i have never experienced this.

i have always been eager to use the correct products and hardly use any heat on them.

i tried to contact EOS multiple times where they would take days to respond until i double or even tripled messaged them.

They have responded and said that i need to get the hair back to be ‘tested’ where i have to pay for the hair to be removed, then pay for it to be sent off and then wait up to 21 working days for the hair to be ‘inspected’ by someone. for the hair to not even be in 6 weeks and to be ginger is a disgrace.
the company have tried to tell me that this could be damaged from myself from UV exposure chlorine ect.
i am going to be out of pocket for my hair and send it back as the suggest but i know the outcome where they will blame the customer!
i know for a fact my hair is not damaged from myself and this hair is infact just poor quality and not worth the money as i have never experienced this with any other hair brand.

DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR IT DOES NOT LAST!

Poor quality and poor service.

Ordered extensions to test in my own hair as a trained extensionist, however after only 12 weeks of wear (and the site claims an 8-12 month life span), the extensions have completely changed colour.

Contacted them via Instagram and got not response until conveniently as soon as I wrote a comment on one of their posts.

They then only offered me 15% off a future order or for me to send the hair back to “test” them. So I would then be both out of pocket and have no hair, and no doubt they would conveniently find something in “testing” to put fault back on the customer.

And of course, when I responded exactly this, I’m being ignored again.
